lighting could be better office cold as we had to wait for bus to come back felt sorry for the staff in the office but over all very good service

I was delighted with the service we received, as we paid around a third of the price we would have done to park at the airport itself. We were transferred quickly and the security of the area where the car was left was top notch. Couldn't be happier - will definitely use this service again.

Would have no hesitation in recommending this service to other people and will definitely use them again.

Chose Park and Fly as cheapest deal at the time... hard bit was finding the car park but that's because I don't know my way around... same problem last visit to Edinburgh Airport for another car park.

Staff we're very unfriendly and hardly spoke. There was no communication probably because most of the staff had very basic English. The office was untidy and it took the girl checking me in a while to find my booking. I was not told where to get the transfer bus but just handed a card explaining what to do on return.

there was no major delay or waiting time and we were transferred to the airport with minimum fuss.

I checked other parking areas this one is a bit further away cheapest and very easily found from Glasgow and always somebody there to take that call recommended.

Great service arrived at Park and fly compoound and ten minutes later was in the terminal.

driving from dundee great directions location good beside a mcdonalds ideal if hungry good service no problems at all.

Was very pleased indeed with service. No hassle hanging around airport on return journey, coach was there within minutes to collect us. Will definitely use again.

Staff did their job . Facilities basic. Transfers reasonably punctual. No real complaints and worth price paid. Everything went smoothly.

Everything was fine, exept for trying to find the place. When we brought up directions on the website it said it was round from the Shell station, its actually a BP station now, so nn to change that. Signage should be posted just off the M8 which would be helpful otherwise all ok. Thank you Terry Sheehan

Using Google Maps, particularly Street View, made it easy to find just off Motorway. Staff were expecting us both when initially parking and when collecting.

Good directions, helpful staff, simple transfer procedure to and from the airport and I haven't been let down to date. This is the third time I have used this company at this location which speaks for itself.

Arriving at 5.00 am you don't really expect a queue out the door - but at least 6 people in front of me. One man both answering the phone and dealing with the customers all anxious to get to their flights. Delayed by about 20 mins - thank goodness for speedy boarding! Nice staff, but you need more of them to cover the busy periods, or at least more flexibility built in. Not a great experience I'm afraid...
