directions to this carpark not the best.once there the service we had was first class.immediately taken to airport, driver helped with our bags.on return was the same.our car was ready and no time was wasted.really good service.this was our second time using this airpark and will definately use again in the future.many thanks.

This car park was excellent value for money. Directions to get to it were excellent. All staff were courteous and polite at all times. On arriving back at Edinburgh we phoned to get picked up by time we arrived at bus bays the coach was there. would definitely recommend to friends.

When we arrived we parked the car and were immediately taken to the airport. When we arrived back we were immediately taken back to our car and we set off home. Perfect!

Best long stay car park experience that I have ever had. Turned up at the car park and handed over my key - no need to search for a parking space. A bus took us straight to the airport - no waiting at all. On return, the shuttle was already at the stance - taken straight back and my car was waiting by the reception - no waiting again. Couldn't have asked for better.

Cant fault it. No problems getting there. Just followed instructions easy peasy. Transfers to and from airport were very punctual and bus driver was courteous. Five Star service and pricing was great!!!!

It looked like the car add extra scuffs on the bodywork, but I cant be 100% sure so I did not raise the issue. It has made me think twice about using the service again.

On the way going out - I found the staff to be friendly and explained clearly the procedure for my return. On my return, I was picked up within the specified time and my car was available immediately upon arrival at Park and Fly. Overall an excellent service that I would most definately recommend to others.

easy directions to follow, booking in quick and efficient transfers good in both directions well worth money

my car was covered in mud on the inside it was waiting at the portacabin on arrival with a flat battery all interior lights were on when we charged car and a empty coke bottle on the rear floor i reckon my car had been used iwill never use them again

The weather was wet while we were away. The car tyres were muddy when we came back, suggesting the car was moved to a different site for storage. The drivers car mat was also fairly muddy, but I am sure we will use them again if the price is good.

Great experience. Service was prompt and fast no messing about. Got picked up really quick. Just overall 10/10.

Easy to find, and great value compared to others, efficient and fast, transfers almost immediate, no complaints would use again.

Instructions to get there are difficult to follow if you dont know Edinburgh and the name of roundabouts! Return pick up was shocking. Courtesy phone in airport went onto answering machine directing you to go to the stand outside for collection. Waited 15 minutes, with more and more clients joining the queue, phoned landline to be told never knew anyone was waiting!!! (Pouring rain, nightime,) 10 minutes later small mini bur arrives unable to take everyone of course. Bus was absolutely stinking of cigarette smoke. No apology or explanation from driver, just a grunt to say car keys are in the car. Not good enough in my opinion, I will vote with my feet and use another company next time. Car park pitch black if you are returning at night.

Slighty difficult to find as the map mentions an Esso petrol station which is now a BP station! The drop off is simple and quick. The transfer is almost immediate taking only a few minutes before you are at Airport Departures. On the return journey it was a matter of minutes from the phone call to the bus turning up. Good value and good service

Booked only 1 week prior to travel. Park & Fly were the cheapest option. Found the car park no problem. Check in took less than two minutes before we were aboard a bus on the way to the airport. Bus arrived within 10 minutes of phoning on return journey.

These people are busy but do their job well & at a very cost effective price. Don't expect 'heirs & graces' but if your looking for a no nonsense efficient service, then they do the trick.

Service was reliable and the staff were friendly, good directions and fast transfers. I would use it again.

Already booked parking with Park and Fly for our next holiday parking. Very good value for money; easy to get to; shuttle service to airport quick and drivers pleasant and helpful.
