Does everything its says it does on the site. car was started and warmed up for our arrival. Complete slick operation. Had a hiccup over my booking (my own fault, booked online before leaving the house, not enough time to get to them, ended up paying again on leaving the car, refunded promptly upon return). Won't look any further than Flying Scot in the future.

I was impressed with all aspects from the friendly staff to the reliability of transfer to and from the airport. I had been a bit concerned that my battery would be flat as the weather had been cold however, I was delighted to find my car ready for driving off with heater and demister on!

On arrival barrier went up as I expect it read number plate as car had been previously booked in. Left keys and boarded bus to terminal without delay. Will certainly us in future.

Easy to find, good service on arrival. Upon getting to the airport I realised I had left my phone in the car. Promptly returned by the courtesy coach, phoned collected and returned to the airport. I shall use again for future travel from Edinburgh.

I prefer to leave my keys with the car park in case I lose them when travelling and Flying Scot keep the car keys. That is one of the main reasons for picking this company. They were ready to take us to the airport which is about a 5 minute journey as soon as we arrived. We had a bit of a wait 10-15 mins on the return but that was not a big issue when the price is so reasonable.

Only 5 minutes from the airport. Easy drop off and quick pick-up on the way home, had not phoned ahead but we were able to go to pick-up spot and driver forwarded our details to office and our keys were ready on arrival. Have used before and will definately use in the future.

Surprisingly close to airport with immediate transfers both ways. No problems and would certainly use them again!

The parking surface is not the best for wheeling cases over, especially if it is wet and muddy.

No hitches in the booking, on the day of travel and on return. Everything went smoothly.

Good experience, perhaps better lighting on return would help particularly with young kids on tow.

Very impressed with your efficiency and friendliness of staff. Only one disappointing thing - on checking out I could have done with a better car!!!!!

this service was very good value for money at £17.99 and the staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the guy who was driving the shuttle bus. he put all bags on and took all bags off the bus and was very prompt.

The entrance to the actual carpark could be better sign posted. But other than that carpark was spot on and will use again.

Dropped the car off and the minibus was waiting to take us on the very short journey to the terminal.Driver was very friendly and the minibus was very clean. When we landed we made our way to the pick up point and there were people getting on the minibus. We were second in the queue when the driver said the minibus was full. I was freezing after getting of the plane in my shorts and tee-shirt(never again)so it was a pleasant surprise that we only waited only 2 minutes before the second bus showed up. When we got to the car park we were giving our keys instantly and were taken straight to our car. I have used a few car parks at airports over the last few years and even though I have never had any problems I can honestly say this was the best service I have ever had.

Have used Flying Scot in the past. No problems. Only slight criticism was for the amount of leaves on the windscreen when we returned. Would have been better if staff had removed these.

There was some confusion on the return journey when the driver came to collect us. Customers boarded the bus before their luggage was put on, thre wasn't enough room for all the luggage and they had to get off to wait for the next one. This caused quite a lot of unpleasantness between some passengers whom believed they were first in the queue. It would be helpful if the arrangements for collection were reviewed to prevent this situation reoccuring.

Service met my expectations: Got my car back. Same condition as I left it. (Those are the most important two bits.) Bit of a walk from Arrivals to the bus stop.

The driver on our return home was very friendly and chatty, and gave us a warning that part of the motorway was closed (for us driving home).

The main problem was the size of the coach/mini-bus sent to transfer passengers to the car park. The coach had to make two journeys involving a waiting period of around 20 minutes between pick-ups. It was noticeable that other operators had larger coaches and could transfer in one journey.This was frustrating after a lenghty wait for our luggage at the airport.
