It took 2min to check in and 2 min to get to the terminal bus stop then another 2 min to walk into the terminal what's not to like, its the easiest park and fly I've used, I will use again.

On arrival at Flying Scot parking we were greeted by a grumpy,rather unhelpful man,as we had never used parking facilities before we were a little unsure of what to do but this man started our journey off on the wrong foot right away!I know it was quite late at night but if you are unhappy in your job go get another one and don't take it out on the customers! Also on our return journey someone must have jump-started our car previously at the car park and blew the fuses,therefore we had no clock or radio on the journey home and also had to take it for repair the following day. The driver who came to collect us on our return journey was very cheery and couldn't have been more helpful..thankfully!! On a whole,thumbs down from us and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

We arrived at our specific time which was great. However, the grumpy man at the reception desk left alot to be desired. He needs a lesson on dealing with the public - a smile would have been nice.

Very efficient; checked in quickly & straight out to transfer vehicle. After phone call from terminal bus was waiting to take us back to car. Car had been valleted as requested

We always use flyinf scot at Edinburgh or Glagow, its a great dervice and the staff are very helpful. I recently cancelled one of our cars in error and they were quick and efficient to rectify my error which was a grreat releif as we were flying out the next day.

Close to airport, booking in easy, staff very helpful, no delay for coach transfer, prompt on return transfer. Missed entrance on first attempt, it is a very tight turn but there was an easy turning point within 100 meters. Will use them again if flying from Edinburgh.

This is the third time flying from Edinburgh we have used this service,the closest park to the airport. A little more expensive than some of the others but cheaper than some but with the service and proximity I feel it's worth the money. GREAT!!

Was simple to book, dropped car at reception, handed over keys and was taken over to terminal, pretty quickly. Return flight was in early hours of morning, but bus driver had details of car, and was parked at reception once more and driver took a minute to unload case and get keys. Would be happy to use Flying Scot in the future.

Car was ready and on our way home within 5 minutes on arrival at car park 1st class service

Have used flying scot several times now and would not go anywhere else. Staff friendly and efficient, transfers always quick and drivers very helpful. Great service all round.

Arrived in plenty time, was told a minibus would be with us within 2 mins. Took arouns 25 mins for a bus to pick people up, It was a cold day and they had children and babies standing around outside, when i asked I was told they only had one driver on, others complained as they were catching different flights from us and needed to check in. Returning from Malaga was a nightmare. Picked up promptly enough and went to reception to get key, man wasn't sure where key was as he was a driver and had been 'thrown' onto reception as person didn't turn up for work. Eventually got key and asked where car was, he said 'its parked outside' i assured him it wasn't. After searching for 10 minutes or so my wife had had enough and went looking for the car herself, she was then shouted at by the man for going to look for our car. Needless to say, after 20 minutes of standing in a car park at midnight the gentleman in question got it both barrels. Will never use Flying Scot again, they have slowly gone downhill these last few years and now that the prices are sky high for the 'premium parking' I can choose any of the other nearby companies. Oh, and just as an aside, a couple who collected their car had a bash in their front bumper and the parking guys said it must have been there before they dropped it off. Lets just say he wasn't very impressed with that answer. Sorry Flying Scot but that will be more customers you have lost.

I was disappointed with the parking surface as a tarmac surface would have been better than the loose stones.

There were no problems at all. From arrival to picking up the car some days later everything was fine with no delays or problems at all. Excellent!

When we first arrived, the service at reception was prompt and courteous. We were dropped off at the door very quickly and made that part of our holiday care free. It was the same on landing very quick and efficient. Takes the hassle out of trying to find our car out of 1000!

Fast efficient service. Booked with them again for July. Highly recommended.

So easy to book online. Staff very friendly and helpful and on our return journey, only had to wait a couple of minutes to be picked up and taken back to our car. Will definitely use again, and also recommend to others. Well done Flying Scot.
