Good, convenient to find and easy to use. Having pre-booked it was a nuisance having to attend the information centre at the end - and to have to produce the paper record - to get confirmation to go out. Not busy, but could have been a significant delay and irritation.

Getting in and out of Teesside on-airport parking was no problem, and booking in advance not only saved money, but we didn't have to mess around putting money in machines on our return! The airport staff at the information office were very pleasant, and didn't keep us waiting on our return to validate the parking ticket.
