Good to know that the parking experience was every bit as secure and convenient for the airport terminal as the website said. And the help in exiting was most welcome. Not to mention the excellent value for money. I would most certainly use it again.

Considering the airport is close to closing and the amount of empty car parking spaces, I do think that they should consider dropping parking prices by at least 50% to try help drive some more business through the struggling Teesside Airport.

Everything was OK wexcept that when I presented my credit card to the exit machine, as directed, it would not lift the barrier. I had to reverse out and find someone at the terminal to tell me to press the Help button and someone would then lift the barrier remotely.

at the time of year, October, no difficulty in finding space, even parked outside entrance. Quick and efficient with no hassle to enter or leave during night.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to park and how near it was to the airport.within 100 yards to the departure lounge. I put my credit card I paid with in the barrier and lo and behold it let me in and upon my return let me out again as well. The cost for 6 days was also cheaper than getting a taxi home one way so it is something I will do again when I next go on my travels. I only wish I had made use of gosimply.com sooner.

The barrier would not lift when I entered my card. The instruction was return to airport building but I was lucky to catch the last person there as he was closing his office.The instruction should have been press the help button.

Had problems on arrival because my credit card that I booked with was not accepted. There is no obvious contact for carparking problems, so I asked someone at the car hire desk and they pointed me to use a freephone service to call the Airport Duty Manager. However, at such a cheap price and walking distance from the terminal, this was a very small convenience.
