Easy to use, safe and secure parking. Really close by to the airport.

No problem parking, lots of space, a short walk to the terminal which would have been shorter if there wasn't building works. On return I just handed over my booking reference and ticket, this was then able to go into the machine as we left, quick and simple.

Signing was very poor for the first-time visitor. We had no instructions to the long stay car park and very few visible signs to indicate how to get to the terminal entrance with suitcases. We didn't even realise that a bus was available until we got to the entrance. The matter was made worse by the building improvements, although we realise that this is temporary. Now that we are familiar with the system we will have no hesitation in using the carpark again, but suggest that improved, clear signs will help all passengers to enjoy a better holiday.

I found it very easy to book and on my return it was also great to just give your ticket to the staff at the information desk, them processing it and allowing you to leave. The whole thing was so easy and so quick. Many thanks!

Very easy: park car and fly. On return, get card validated with copy of email, and drive away. Simple and worth every penny! Some construction at Teesside meant a longer walk and some restricted parking, but other than that everything was perfect.

The price was very good. Large car park giving plenty of spaces, but this makes it hard to find your car on your return, but you cant have it all ways.

Simple procedure to follow for using the car park. There was no shortage of parking spaces. The location couldn't be more convenient. But I wish the cost was 50% less.

Car park is right near the terminal, so you just need to walk for a couple of minutes. Especially great if you only have hand luggage as you are straight off the plane and out of the car park in about 10 minutes.

Simply Parking was easy to use and provided reasonably priced on site parking at Teeside airport. By paying up front it meant there were no worries about having to pay on your return home.

No problem at all with the facility from booking to getting back home. There were no car parking staff as far as I could see, but this wasn't a problem as I didnt need anyone anyway! The car park wasn't enclosed so if anyone wanted to, they could have access to the vehicles pretty easily, but as my vehicle was found as it was left then I dont have a problem with this either, but security could be slightly better in my opinion.

From booking online to departing from the car park after our holiday, everything was easy and worthwhile. I would recommend to anyone and will certainly use the facility again.

Simple, straightforward, no hassles. Collect a ticket when you arrive and present along with your paperwork upon arrival back from holiday and ticket is validated.

This is the easiest parking experience at an airport I have used. From arriving at the airport at 4am, I just followed the instructions. The carpark is very near the terminal building (a 2 minute walk from where I parked). No hassle on return, just went to the information desk and they validated my ticket for exit. Very smooth.

Durham Tees Valley is a small compact airport which is easy to get in and out of. The drop off facilities are good and there is ample secure parking. The long stay parking is very close to the terminal although it does not have a roof and you are open to the elements when getting to and from the terminal buildings.

Airport is really easy to find & car parking well signposted. As the parking is so close to the terminal entrance there is no need for a bus transfer you can just simply cross the road and into the airport check in area. We live close enough to the airport to travel by taxi but the weekly parking rate was much cheaper than a taxi fare!

Within walking distance of terminal building, although at present there is building work at the front. This of course is temporary and is a minor inconvenience.

Airport easy to find and plenty of car parking spaces. Short walk to terminal and easy to find information desk.

Can't complain at all. Easy to use facility, which was far cheaper to book on-line beforehand rather than paying on site. Would encourage anyone flying from Durham Teeside to use this first class service.

Very well positioned adjacent to terminal building, only 2 minutes walking. Appeared well secured with good lighting and plenty of spaces available. Information Desk very handy for arrivals and straightforward in getting exit card validated. Price for 5 days seemed very reasonable if comparing to taxi prices.

Very easy to operate the barrier system on arrival and departure. Just like parking up to go shopping. validating the ticket on return was simplicity itself. Two minute job. Great.
