No problems at all, easy to find and fairly well placed. probably the best over all car park (for us at least) in central London based on a balance of price and location...

Not sure how well the cars are looked after, I came back to find a traffic cone on my roof! but it is a good location just remember it is in the congestion zone so you have to pay that on top

The initial instructions I recieved told me to park in a specific selection of bays, but on arrival these were not available and I was told to park anywhere. To save confusion I think you should change the email instructions to park anywhere.

Our plans changed so we needed to leave the car park and return later - but once in we couldn't leave without paying again. Also all of the reserved spaces were full so we had to huntfor a space

Easy to find, staff were helpful and the cheapest I found by far. The only slight hitch was that the station was unmanned on my return which meant waiting for 10 minutes for an attendant to validate my ticket. This wasn't a major problem though and I would definitely use the service again.

The online review of the car park was exactly what I found. The directions to the car park were excellent. The car park itself was well lit, felt very safe, was clean, and had plenty of room. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this car park to anyone wanting to visit London.

I booked online in advance and got a good rate for 24 hours parking. Everything was fine until I attempted to leave the car park. Following the instructions received when booking I went to the customer service booth but it was empty. After waiting a while for someone to appear I pressed the 'help' button on the pay machine and after a significant delay a disembodied voice told me to drive to the exit barrier and press the help button there. Which I did, at which point I was summoned from my car by an agent who made me go back to the office and go through the process whilst my car remained sat at the barrier preventing anyone else from leaving. This transaction conducted in a surly manner that seemed to convey that the problem was me, not a process the depended on having a manned booth when this was seemingly not possible.

The car park is easy to find and very convenient for central London. However, trying to get out via the exit stairway was made very difficlt by locked doors and unservicable electronic locks. When I returned to pay, the man behind the desk did not utter a word during the whole process.

First the car park is not marked BCP so difficult to find (even traffic warden couldn't direct me) + returned to collect car and attendant was missing from booth for 15 minutes so had to wait for him to turn up leaving my family on the pavement with suitcases.

The particular car park is opposite Queensway tube, we were looking on the wrong side of the road. Pedestrians exit not clear, had to go up the stairs, not down (no sign to say).

Staff member on duty when I arrived was helpful, though procedure was not as advised in email which confirmed my booking. Staff member on duty when I left was not helpful & had a grumpy attitude.

Basically, i thought London would be very difficult to park in, your web site, directions and information made it easier to park there than in my home town. Great value for money to!

We used the car park when taking part in the Platex Moonwalk around London which involved us parking in the afternoon, walking 26.2 miles around London overnight, and returning to the car the next day. The price is very reasonable for 24 hour parking in the heart of London and the location is very convenient for our purposes.

It was easy to find. Very convenient. When we got there the about 9:30 the toilets where closed. It would have been handy if they had been open after our long journey. But the staff where helpful and security was good. There was always a member of staff walking round when we arrived and left.
