Simply Parking found me the best price for parking my car and the closest to the terminal building. After dropping my wife off outside the airport, I parked the car and joined my wife within 5 minutes.

Easy access, map was spot on. It was all so easy from the website right to the very end of our stay and will book with you again.

No pre-booked spaces, had to park a long way from the terminal, unsure of where to catch the shuttle bus, ended up walking to the terminal in the rain.

Excellent service from this website and car park staff great to deal with.

When we arrived there was a queue to get in because the two men did not know what they were doing to fix the auto gate; there were no spaces for the cars; we didnt see any transfer buses, but seeing it was a two minute walk, we walked to the terminal.

Even though we lost our parking ticket - the attendant was most helpful and it caused no problem at all. thank you.....

I have never seen the courtesy bus when I have used the CP but it is so close it is unlikley most would want to use such a service unless they were well laden with excessive luggage.

Never needed to wait for transport as I walked to car instead.

Well worth the money no hassles with checking in or waiting for a bus to pick you you can be dropped off outside terminal with luggage and wait in line whilst partner parks the car the same on return you can wait outside terminal whilst partner gets the car.

The airport car park is in need of refurbishment especially the furthest spaces. Lighting could be a lot better.

Used car park twice - both occassions used over-spill as existing car park full. Surface of over-spill is poor and dificult to traverse with trolley.

Bus transfers could be more frequent, staff in office were helpful and the car park is close enough to drop the family and the luggage outside the terminal and then park the car.

Staff very friendly; Transfers very prompt; Lighting good. Overall I found it very good value for money and I will certainly use it the next time I go on holiday from Cardiff.

Close parking to Cardiff airport and easy to find, but it is a long walk if you park further away and some surfaces are only gravel not tarmac.

Car parking ok. general attitude of airport personnel appalling (not Car park staff)

Make sure people know on their return they take their details to the kiosk, some people got to the barrier and blocked the way when they went to kiosk and a tailback occurred.

All round a good place to park no hassle I would use it again.

Ok. It would have been good if we could have parked on the tarmac surface, but the overflow car park was difficult to wheel trolleys on and and a long way from the terminal. Buses were full and not worth the wait for another one.
