We where not happy this is the first time we have used secure parking on Cardiff airport ,but they where completly over booked.We where told to park in a unsecured rough piece of ground, with no gate on entrance, and the fench was wooden posts with a rope about two foot of the ground .there also was no lighting when we returned at mid night

Definate value for money using simplyparking to book at cardiff on site parking. Turn up and pay caost is over £10 per day but I parked for 3 days for £15. It did seem as if CWL were routing pre-paid customers to an 'overflow' car park though. The actual car park was fine though it meant a few minutes walk rather than the few hundred meters from the 'standard' long stay car park.

Great car park, when they "improve it, it will probably be worse. They obviously don't want pedestrians or trolleys as they appear to make it difficult to walk between terminal and car park. Why are drop kerps never in the right place? and why are barriers for cars also barriers for people?

Parking the car at Cardiff Airport was easy and it felt safe. Paying on return was uncomplicated, as was the original booking.

I found it easy to find a parking space. The security appeared to be good and the area was well lit.

Not obvious where to pick bus up on return journey. Driver very patient as I couldn't remember exactly where I'd parked! Convenience to Airport is a big plus.

Because I am pregnant my husband went to collect our car upon our return because we'd parked it so far away. He then couldn't leave the car-park because they said we owed money. So he had to park the car and walk back (at 5am and raining) to find our proof of purchase in one of the suitcases. It made returning home stressful.

Very helpful coach driver however there were no other interested attendants. Close proximity to airport is very good. Requires better lighting, parking surface and different zones to help remember where you've parked. However, would use again.

A 5 minute walk to/from the terminal - even the overflow carpark.

When I returned from a business trip from Scotland at night on 25 Oct 2005, the weather was quite windy. As soon as I opened my car door, the parking ticket, which I had placed on the dashboard near the door, rapidly blew away into the high trees at the back end of the car park. Trust my luck I thought for this to happen to me on the first time I used the car park. I looked for the ticket but my efforts were in vain. I made my way to the paying booth where I apologised and showed by ebooking receipt to the 2 attendants. They reacted so well. They were instantly very helpful and said 'don't worry sir, it can happen'. As there was a queue of people behind me, I felt quite quilty as the wind was rather strong. However once I produced evidence of my identity, that was it. I was handed another ticket and within seconds I was on my way home. Thanks.

Found it a lot easier than previous experiences at Manchester Airport. No real problem to park and walk back. Might be a problem in bad weather. Definately use again.

Parking's just parking and unless it's really poor you just take it for granted. Generally Cardiff Airport is above average - it's small and therefore service in all departments including parking is excellent.

Certainly spacious and handy but would benefit from clearer lane marking on distant spaces. Transfer drivers helpful and friendly.

We found this easy to use and very efficient. This is the first time to use this service, and we will definately be using it again.

Having entered the car park I drove around finally getting a space in row AF which must have meant 'As Far' as you can go because it was! There is no direction from anyone on entering or leaving the park and you are very much left to get on with things yourself. I believe that customers should be given a little more UB8 if improvements are to be seen.

Convenient and reasonably priced compared to other airports. Helpful bus driver took us all the way to our car on return but buses didn't normally go that far into car park. Signs to available parking places weren't good.

Overflow carpark that everyone was complaining about is easily within walking distance and the shuttle bus is regularly on hand if you dont want to walk. Staff very helpful, cheaper than getting taxi and no waiting around for friends or family to pick you up from airport. Definitely use it again.

I found it quick and easy to complete my booking on-line and the simplicity of simply turning up and leaving your car in an appearingly safe holding ground appeared hassle free which surprised me somewhat. I felt secure in knowing my vehicle was safe. The price was inevitably going to be over £50 and maybe this could be reviewed to benefit a wider range of the general public who have driven a long way to park close by. But generally and overall I was content with the service I received.

First time I had used on site parking. It was good, didn't have to hang around waiting for transfers, but in comparison I found it to be quite expensive. When I first did a quote it stated £29+ but when I actually booked it, it cost £40+. The car park was quite full and if I had been on my own would have felt apprehensive with regard to the distance from the airport and the fact that there was very little lighting.

Car park well sign posted and easy to get to. Access to airport from car park very good. Did not need to use transfers even though had to park in overspill car park due to car park being full. Found staff to be very friendly and trading voucher for ticket very quick with no problem. Would use again.
