Found a space easily on arrival but had to check with airport staff if this was the correct car park as there are no signs to indicate that this is to be used by BCP customers. Short walk to and from terminal building for departure and when arriving back. Quick and efficient staff member endorsed parking ticket in airport building so that we were able to drive straight out of the car park, when loaded up. Car was still in one piece after two weeks, so security must be working. Would use this service again.

Should have read the screen better when booking as the printout I had wasn't the best at telling me which car park to park in, but cheaper and easier once I went online abroad to check out the procedure for when I landed. Check the details before you go!

The airport was easy to find and no hassle. The coach was over crowded on the return journey and cases were blocking the gangway which I considered dangerous if an accident had occured. After booking I was disapponted to find I could have booked cheaper going direct to the NCP web site.

I have parked here before because it is very close to the airport. This year they changed where you collect the token from to exit the car park. It used to be by the exit barrier, now it is inside the terminal building just after you clear customs.There was not enough clear information that it had changed and myself and a lot of other people returned to our cars as usual and then found that we had to go back into the airport to collect the exit token. The staff were not at all helpful or interested in this mistake that was being made by a lot of their customers. Other than this my only complaint was the price some £10 more than last year.

I didn't use the transfer buses so cannot judge the service. The desk to verify the ticket taken in order to allow your exit from the car park has been relocated in Cardiff airport and this is not made very obvious. There is a sign on the old office door re-directing you back into arrivals, which as I'm sure you can understand is very frustrating after getting back to the overspill car park then having to walk back into arrivals. There was no-one manning the desk in the airport so I had to go and find someone to help me. Overall I found this relocation very frustrating as it was not made clear.

As I am a pensioner, I would have appreciated help in paying. The kiosk was closed and Icouldn`t hear the voice on the intercom. A que built up behing me. Also, I am sure there was a person in the kiosk who just didn`t want the hassle of opening up. Really put me off booking again.

We choose the park because it was the only one left offering space. However the car park is on site and very convenient for the terminal meaning that you do not have to wait for a transfer bus. There is an offce in the terminal in case you need assistance and the staff were very helpful.

Will give 8/10. The car park is ideally located and the bus service is very useful. Only 2 minor things need improving: 1. Need sign at back of bus to say "Long Term Car Park" as when bus is parked at stop, you're unable to tell (we almost joined a queue for a different bus while our bus was waiting at the stop). 2. The printout of our booking details said go to the customer service desk at the car park for exit ticked but this had moved to arrivals building. This needs updating on website. Overall can definitely recommend it for convenience. Cost a little more than others but well worth that extra money.

on arrival we were met by attendant who showed us to a space and helped me with my bags onto bus. He was very friendly and informed us of how to validate our ticket on return. On return however there was no bus to take us back to car park so I waited with bags whilst my husband went to collect car and pick me up at arrivals. Handy service though and will use it again, but next time book earlier to get greater saving.

Had been told (by the coach transfer operator),that on my return, to look in the Arrivals area for the NCP desk as there were now no staff on site in the actual car park. On entering the Arrival area the NCP pay machines were clearly visible on the far side of the Arrival area. However the NCP desk was 'hidden' from view around the corner of the entrance and confusion reigned. Having realised that the pay machines do not cater for pre-payment bookings I and other passengers trudged across to the car park only to fine we had to trudge back, many of us carrying luggage. It would have been far better if the NCP desk was positioned alongside the pay machines or if there was a notice of explanation at the pay machines directing pre-payment customers to the NCP desk in the far corner. Was also annoyed that I was not informed of this change in operation police beforehand by NCP, but had to rely on the driver of the transfer coach to give me this information. He indicated that it was causing many problems.

The sign at the car park entrance was marked NCP whereas the booking form said BCP. This was confusing initially and I had to drive to the attendant at the terminal and ask. Signage nees to be a cahnged as he told me that lots of people get confused about this and have to ask him.

Very convenient except when arriving in a rush at 5.00 a.m. wasn't clear where spaces were, and also on coming out didn't realise that I had to go to NCP desk in arrivals as it had moved from carpark, as I didn't read this as I was in a rush on arrival.

Having used the Cardiff airport car park on previous occasions I was familiar with the system. The car park is extremely easy to locate being directly opposite the departure check in area. The only small drawback is in finding an actual parking space as the car park is so large. Perhaps a system could be introduced where upon arrival at the car park drivers could be informed of the nearest vacant space by referral to a computerised system operated by the owners of the car park. This would save a considerable amount of time driving around the car park looking for a space, especially if anyone is late arriving at the airport.

Going was fine, smooth really, everyone really very helpful, but coming back wasn't so good, wanted to get to the car quickly, but couldn't work out how to get the transfer back. Ended up walking; wouldn't advise this to those who aren't so fit, as although on site, its a fair walk with bags. The other thing is that my car door was scratched so I wasn't impressed with that! Parking surface was also poor, that didn't bother me too much though. I would use it again, no problem, just hope no more scratches.

Flight was delayed by 24 hours but no problems at the exit barrier. Let me straight out with my email booking confirmation.

My only concern was that the space I found to park in was very small. Door of car could hardly be opened once parked. On the plus side bus transfer great, bus waited for me to unload car and dropped be beside car on the way back. Gate was manned on exit so I did not even have to get out of the car to go to the office to get out.

If one books in advance then it is expected that a parking space will be available. This is not so, you have to take pot luck and hope that a space can be found. Very difficult. On returning from my trip I found that the parking kiosk had been closed and moved to the Terminal building. The only indication of this was a notice on the closed kiosk. This meant a walk back to the terminal from the barrier to get the exit ticket authorised and then a walk back to the car. Not a happy experience in the rain. There is much room for improvement.

My experience with the departure was terrible and it started with bad information and sign-posting to the airport and at the car park. I lodged a complaint with CIA and was sorry I did not park at the pub. My experience on arrival back to Cardiff was better and was extremely impressed by the service of the bus driver and the assistance. It was a pleasure coming back.The terrain where I parked was terrible and difficult to with luggage and my my Mom was with me ie. elderly

We were among a number of people who got on the wrong bus when we arrived back in UK, as a result we had to endure a round trip outside the confines on the airport before we could return to the terminal. There should be different bus stops to ensure this mistake does not happen, especially when people are tired.

The main car park was full so was directed to the overflow car park. That was full so had to go further away to find a parking space. Eventually found one. It stated two minutes from the airport it wasn't to our car it was more like 15. You paid money in advance so you would have thought you could simply exit. Wrong! You still have to go and queue just so that the parking attendant can say 'ok, thank you' and give you an exit ticket. Why? if you've paid in advance why can't you just exit. For the money it really wasn't worth the extra. Go to Purple Parking or another ~ they usually have courtesy parking in their car parks or a person guiding you to a space! And it's cheaper!!!!!
