Upon arriving at 5am we were meet by a lovely lady who showed us where everything was. Very comfortable and relaxing (especially took advantage of the vibrating chairs). Couldn't have expected more. Lovely selection of drinks and snacks.

I have seen a lot better lounges in terms of food offer. Only ready made little snacks and small offer. But It is quiet and confortable. Good offer of drinks, etc.

the only down side was I thought the food could have included some savoury items only sweet items availabele perhaps gin/tonics etc could be considered with a limit of say 2 ffor each passenger by using tokens

It was our first time in a VIP lounge, it was very relaxing, lovely and quiet, it's a nice start before your flight. Was a bit disapointed that we didn't have time for lunch,, and there was no sandwiches, after asking the young lady went off and came back with a couple. Don't think we should have had to ask. Newspapers would be nice.

the 1 class lounge in gatwick is exellent good value for money expecially if you book in advance

I would use this lounge again but would expect more variety of food....I appreciate that this is a newly opened airport / lounge and I do not compare it with Heathrow and Gatwick but feel more effort can be made....hopefully when the extension to the airport is completed a larger more equipped lounge will be included. I found the staff to be very helpful and polite. I would give them 10/10

There should be a few bottles opf spirits on the shelf; not everyone wants to drink canned cocktails!
