I will always use the first class lounge it is good value to rest while I wait for my flight Thankyou

Arrived no staff present waited 15 minutes in the end helped ourselves member of airport staff went and found the staff member asked for sandwiches limited stock sandwiches bread dry not impressed

It was a very good start to a lovely weekend away. The facilities were lovely and the staff very helpful Thank you

The lounge is not to the standard of other airport lounges, the refreshments are inadequate, the sandwich selection was non existent the cake variety minimal in fact from a catering point of view it was A DISASTER. Drinks were adequate and the staff on duty helpful and apologetic. When flying from Southend in future we will not be using the lounge. there really is no benefit here it does not warrant the effort or expense.

I had booked for 3 people, but because i saw 3 people that i knew going in she refused to let us in, she said only 5 people could come in and that one person would have to wait outside!!! eventually she let us in but was not happy about it, it was really bad customer service!!!

This was the first time of using and will definitely use before every flight from now on. Kind friendly staff. Lovely surroundings, nice food and drink and a relaxing place to chill out before your flight. Perfect!

Our hopes were that we would find peace and quiet before our flight. This was spolied by the mother with the screaming child that she ignored the whole time of our period in the lounge. I am surprised infants are allowed in, given their uncontrollable screaming. The staff made no attempt to intervene despite the other adults being rather upset by it.

Area very clean and kept clean throughout our stay. Good choice of snacks and drinks. Staff very professional and friendly. Couldnt have asked more for a relaxing time before our holiday. Thank you, we will come again.

Eat before you go. If you are lucky to get sandwiches beware there are 3 types and from what the menu stated all contain mayonnaise. No alternative options.

Can't fault anything about the lounge. Lots of choice for drinks hot cold Or alcoholic. Everything you need before a flight. Will definatly use again.
