Wentworth Lounge reviews

It was a little haven of peace before a very long flight. As I get a little nervous before flying this is a wonderful way to get away from the noise and bustle of the main part of the airport and relax. The choice of food and drink on offer is great and I like that we can just help ourselves rather than be waited upon.

everything is very good the only thing i would suggest would be a toaster but a very good way to start your holiday especially if you have had a long journey and have time to kill you feel fresh again i have now used this lounge a few times and would recommend this to anyone

Comfortable and convenient lounge,but if you want to eat more than crisps the choice is poor. In contrast the drink selection is good. The experience in the BA lounge is far superior.

I liked the fact there was no piped musak or television screens in the main area of the lounge.

lovely place to relax away from noise of airport. snacks could be a bit more exciting but did enjoy stay at this lounge

In the family area I was unable to find a seat for the first 15 minutes. The tables needed cleaning and the snacks and drinks needed to be refreshed.

Really comfortable and pleasant lounge. Plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from, as well as an array of magazines which are complimentary to take with you. I would definitely book again. Well worth the money

Really pleased that we paid that bit of extra money to use the lounge before our flight. It was well worth it and great to have a large selection of complimentary drinks and snacks. I only wish we had got to the airport earlier in order to spend a bit more time there!!

My husband & I enjoyed relaxing in the Wentworth lounge. It is so much nicer to sit in comfort while waiting for your flight. We also liked the freedom to come & go. We went out into the concourse for breakfast then came back to relax in the lounge with a drink. Really enjoyed it. Kind regards Mavis Wise

We had never done this before. It was recommended by a friend. It was a nice experience. One we will repeat. Nice and peaceful and we were obviously assured of a seat. Staff friendly and helpful. Just wish there would have been more of a variety of snacks. But it still wont stop us doing it again.

although it is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport we were the only people in the lounge so it was a bit too quiet.

Very chilled and quiet atmosphere - complimentary drinks choice excellent ( both soft and alcoholic ) Made the wait for the flight very enjoyable

we had over 3 hours to wait for our connecting flight and so booked the wentworth lounge, it meant't we had peace and quiet,and somwhere comfortable to sit, we helped ourselves to drinks and snacks and were able to come and go as we pleased, it was well woth the money and I would recommend it to travellers who like us had such a long wait in bewteen flights.

Its a great way to start your holiday in the peaceful surroundings of the lounge I always book a lounge to relax after my long journey to the airport. Highly recommended.

Great for kids. Softplay, PS3 on flatscreens and dining tables. Very quiet in main area, could have a few more sockets for laptops, more newspapers and magazines, snacks should include sandwiches maybe? biscuits, crackers, crisps and mini cakes are there. Drinks cabinet was chocabloc :-) Will come again if I don't upgrade to BA business.

The lounge was comfortable with a good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non alcohollc. Snacks are fairly standard. Comfortable chairs and gentleman on reception was charming.There did seem to be a shortage of staff for clearing tables, but we may have been unlucky. Will book again.

Enjoyed my short stay as a relief from all the terrible people and children that seem to invade airports.

A really comfortable & welcoming alternative to the hustle & bustle of the airport terminal. We were able to relax with a newspaper until our flight was called.

Easy to find, clean and tidy but facilities (including beverages/snacks) nothing to 'write home about' The guy on reception had a very miserable expression all the time and it looked like it was a great inconvenience to him having to be there.
