constant moaning by staff, lounge shut halfway into visit. very poor customer service and not value for money.

Rather strange that the lounge closed at 1 pm and it was necessary to move across to the Aviance lounge which was not as comfortable or private. Also both became a lot noisier than our previous experiences in the Wentworth lounge.

Clean, quiet and comfortable, with reasonable food and drink. Expect snack foods rather than main courses. I had a quiet 2-hour stay here after an overnight flight from USA and badly in need of a place to clean up, loosen up and rest up before continuing my onward international journey. The price was right and I was satisfied with the service and facility.

this was our first time that we had booked an air port lounge what a great start to our holiday it was very relaxing and a pleaseant experience hope to see you soon. The one small problem was finding you not very well signed posted other wise great!thank you

I was very impressed indeed with the Wentworth Lounge. Having visited one of the other airport lounges in the south Terminal where there was waiter service I must say I prefered the self service facilities. The staff at reception and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was also a seperate section for children to play where the door could be closed to keep out the noise but where they could easily be observed through the glass wall. There were comfy seats and a good selection of newspapers to read. Well done Wentworth! Nothing like Prisoner Cell Block H!

didnt open until 5.15am. No apology from staff member. Not set up either.

fully recomend the lounge, was comfortable and made travelling very relaxing instead of the chaos it can be sometimes

holiday was cancelled the night before we were departing,due to the ash cloud

It would be nice to have some 'breakfast ' items, but overall the experience was good. When you consider breakfast in the airport is £10 ish. it makes the longe very good value for money. We did get free newspapers at Heathrow though and your selection of magasines was not good.

We were disappointed with the snacks. The lounge at Manchester airport has a choice of cereals and coissants for breakfast. We prefer the Manchester Airport lounge

enjoyed the wentworth lounge very much it was comfortable facilities were good i.e. snacks and drinks plus all other amenities avaiable on offer it was freindly and clean will use it again soon and would recommend to friends and family ...most enjoyable way to start our trip....

It is the first time that my wife and I have used this kind of facility and it will not be our last. It was a great way to start the holiday and we thought very good value for money. We will certainly be using the facility again.

With a 2 1/2 year old, this was so much better than keeping her amused in the general airport area. There is a kids play area that kept her entertained and we could sit in comfort away from the hassle of the airport.

Apparently we visited at a quiet time, and there was a very good choice of seating and no pressure / waiting for the food and drinks. The toilets are within the lounge and there is a separate section for children, which is good both for the parents and those without children. There are monitors to advise gate numbers etc, and the attendant there advised us on the time it would take to reach the gate (can be anywhere between 5-20 minutes). We would definitely use this lounge again when flying out of Gatwick.

airport staff were unable to relate to the words wentworth lounge, more information require for passengers to find the lounge. very busy, easy chairs were in short supply. Very clean toilets, will use the lounge on all future trips. Well done to all. Regards derek McLaughlan.

A clean, comfortable and altogether pleasing way to spend a couple of hours before the flight, the Wentworth Lounge enables the traveller to relax in comfortable chairs with a coffee, a glass of wine, water - whatever you choose, the selection is generous enough to satisfy the most demanding of people and, together with a range of snacks, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Lounge and feel able to embark on your flight feeling rested.

Relaxing atmosphere. Customer service is ok but could be better; the welcome. Basic food, it would of been great to have some sandwitches. Drinks were great, no complaints there. All major newspapers, could be more variety of magazines. All in all much better experience than being in a packed terminal.

The lounge is great when travelling with kids as the get to run around freely before the flight. Will always be booking the lounge from now on.

we had an early start in the morning we had breakfast tea and two drinks in very pleasant surroundings.

As we arrived at the lounge we were greeted and made to feel welcome and told where everything was! The bar is self-service and the environment was really nice and relaxed and comfortable. There was free internet access and a great selection of magazines and papers to read.
