It was a good place to go when you are waiting for a flight and it gave you a chance to shower, have something to eat and stretch out.Food was limited but certainly adequate and there was a wide range of drinks.Not sure its worth $60 Aus but glad to have the opportunity to go somewhere when you have 7 hour stop between flights.

Plenty to eat and drink but why not have some pad thai available, lets face it, that item is not expensive to produce and is more tasty than a cheese sandwich. Fresh milk would be a nice option for the tea and coffee as well. The staff were great and very fluent and the chairs fairly comfortable. Its nice to have somewhere to sit in this airport as its one of the worst I have traveled through for lack of seating.

Once found (after a long walk), the lounge provided a welcome and comfortable environment away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok airport. The shower was very welcome and the range of refreshments good. For me, it was well worth the money to be able to relax and refresh before the next leg of my journey. Would definitely use again.

The food was quite bland and unappealing. The service was professional and polite, but some other aspects need to be addressed. The shower facilities need a sink and toilet - the sink for a decent shave specifically. In addition, the shower facility was badly in need of maintenance - the electric shower box was poorly attached to the wall and in danger of falling off. Reading materials could have included some current international newspapers in addition to the countless fashion magazines . . .

Some of the food had been out for too long. With no map of the airport and no idea of which gate my flight would be departing from it was difficult to decide which lounge to book. As it was I was lucky to book Concourse G gate 2 lounge which was large, had showers and was not crowded unlike some of the others.
