My wife and I had an 8 hour transit wait for a flight to Kolkata - the Lounge was an ideal place to wait and rest in quiet and comfort - highly recommended.

I could not find the lounge I used on my outward journey when I cam back and the one I used was not as welcoming or comfortable as the first. The refreshments were good on the outward journey but coming home the coffee was really bad! For what it was I thought it was rather too expensive, but as an elderly lady traveling alone and with long waits in Bangkok it was preferable to wandering around the airport for hours.

There was a misunderstanding in the beginning because there are several locations of the Louis' Tavern Cip First Class Lounge so all of their respective workers were sending me all over the airport. The one I originally came to (which was the right one) had a woman working behind the counter who did not have a full command or understanding of the English language, even when speaking slowly and clearly and using a variety of phrases to get the same point across. Once I was actually settled, I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I will be using this service again!
