I would avoid this lounge like the plague. The food is poor, the seats uncomfortable, the location difficult to find. overall a shabby second rate establishment. You would be better off sitting in Starbucks

I had to return early 4 days sooner than expected, spoke to the receptionist and she was very understandable. They allowed me to use the booking. Many thanks for what was a stressful time, it was nice to relax and get my self sorted for the flight.

Large variety of non-alcoolic and alcoolic drinks. Evryone can find something for his/her taste. Not too much food, but enough to survive until a late plan. Main disappointment was no towel available in the shower area.

Very good experience but it was a shame that there was no hot chocolate (had run out and no stocks) and we would have liked free access to the internet.

Being immediately after security, the lounge was easy to find. Staff were friendly & helpful and the lounge was clean and comfortable. The well-stocked Bar & Buffet had a good selection of items available, and magazines and TV helped the time to fly by.

The lounge was a fair distance from our boarding gate, hence dash to gate was a bit rushed. Overall the facilities were good. On the evening of our flight it was fairly crowded in the lounge, and finding somewhere to base ourselves in comfort was difficult.

Lounge extremely pleasant once found. However, its name on airport signs was not the same as described on the Bidair site. No mention of the name Bidair at all at the airport. Describing location as at South end was also unhelpful as there was no indication of where North or South were.

An airport can be tiring but the Premier Lounge makes the experience easier with all the facilities of food, drink and shower to hand.

The lounge was comfortable and spacious. The food and drinks were OK. The shower wasn't terribly clean and the service on the front desk was average but generally it was a good way to relax at Jo'burg airport.

I had a few hours to wait between flights and needed access to the internet for work. The lounge staff were very friendly and kept bringing me drinks, without me asking. the atmosphere was conducive to work and the internet access reliable. I would definitely recommend to friends and will be popping in again on my way through Johannesburg airport.

Great lounge, good food, very comfortable, nice and quiet atmosphere. The wireless internet was down for an hour, though, which meant I had to use one of the pay services instead. Other than that this is a fine lounge.

It is the first time I have spent time in the smoking section of a lounge where the extraction system worked efficiently.

When we arrived there were no available seats. A member of staff moved clients coats etc. and we perched on two bar stools for about 45 mins. Clients were eating standing up. After about 45 mins a flight was called and a good number of people left. Food was exceptionally good with wonderful fresh fruit salad, and a good selection of drinks were available. As a large number of flights leave within an hour 20.00 - 21.00 it would be sensible to restrict numbers. There were comfortable seats available in general lounge,so could be a waste of money standing in a paid lounge. Sitting in a Restaurant would have been better initially.

Initially,the lounge was very busy when we first arrived at 1800hrs and we had a problem finding comfortable chairs.My first gripe.Far too many people using computers sitting at a table for 4 and taking up loads of extra space.But we not put off and eventually found our comfortable chairs as the lounge emptied.The cold finger buffet was excellent,as were the hot snacks.Alcohol was a plenty unlike the hot drinks such as coffee.The machine appeared to be not offering all the options.Not to be perturbed,we made do with hot chocolate.Recapturing our younger days.Service was excellent and all the staff were only too willing to help out with our problems,always with a smile. I now know that we shall always complete our holiday with a visit to an airport lounge.

Almost standing room only when we arrived. Little choice of food, and nothing worth having. No plates available for half an hour or so. Suddenly it cleared, decent food appeared, and all was as it should have been. Initially we felt that we'd have been better in the concourse, but OK in the end.
