Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Shower facilities were great and selection of drinks and snacks plentiful.

Was able to shower, clean towels were provided. My husband enjoyed a light snack that was well presented.

Comfotable lounge,pleasant and efficient staff,excellent range of drinks and reasonably good food, all for a modest cost.

Two to three hours spent in the lounge at Cape Town Airport is a real treat at the end of the holiday. It is very relaxing and we would book it again and again. The one little oversight, in my opinion, is the lack of t.v. channels. There always seems to be football on !, great for the men though.

The desk staff were very welcoming. We were quite late and they apologised for lack of room. One of the stewards saw us looking for setting. We found a place but next thing he appeared to lead us to superb seating which was just being vacated. That for us was the cherry on the top of a very happy albeit brief sojourn in the lounge.

The lounge was very comfortable, with a good selection of food and beverages. I would definately use this lounge again.

There were far too many people in the lounge. We couldn't get 4 comfortable seats together so had to sit at a table. The broadband wasn't sufficient to allow continuous connection to the internet on our iPad. The choice of food was poor (mainly crisps and biscuits). There is more airy space in the main departure lounge - don't waste your money on the this lounge unless you're looking for lots of free booze in which case it might be worth the money!

Simple snacks and pleasant wines with a view of the airfield and seating not too full.

We had a long drive before arriving at Cape Town and so we booked the Lounge so we could shower, change and get a meal for me as I am diabetic and the food on the planes is always poor, and so long flights can be challenging when trying to maintain constant blood sugar levels. There was only one shower working but it did not delay us. Towels were plentiful and clean. The food was basic but plentiful and there was no option of a meal so we had to snack which was not ideal diabetic but better than nothing. There was no bottled still water only sparkling which seemed strange. Seats were very comfortable and wireless worked well which was excellent. The Lounge was extremely busy and quite small so it was quite noist. However we will certainly use the Lounge again.

The time just flew - very comfortable, clean and the drinks and snacks were very welcome - it was a long day but our time in the lounge passed really quickly - thank you to all the staff.
