Was disappointed that I had to queue for a shower as there were only two unites, I think there should have been more. I hurried out to enable others to shower only to find that there was not a room to apply make up etc only the toilets. Food, drinks and services excellent but I feel you have let yourselves down with lack of facilities.

I've been in many airport lounges and was really disappointed with this one. It was in an open area so you could hear all the walking traffic below. I found the lounge very confined, the facilities (toilet/shower) lacking and the food and drink on offer minimal. This was a Christmas gift and it was sad to feedback to my friend that it wasn't up to standard. I spent a total of 40 minutes in there when the gift was for, I believe, 4 hours.

lovely to be able to shower between long flights. Lounge was quiet, not crowded and foods and drinks were free.

Commencing with the initial friendly greeting we found the whole experience most rewarding. The chance to freshen up, shave, have a shower and change one's attire cannot be taken too lightly especially after a 13 hour flight. The food and drinks were varied and wholesome and the staff ever attentive. All this and comfortable seats made the whole experience relaxing.

Excellent facilities and food and beverages. Showers very welcome after a long flight. A very long walk from our arrival gate however.

First time we have used an airport lounge during travel. Will most definitely be booking the lounge on our next trip. Made the journey so much more enjoyable having a quiet place to relax and shower. Thank you

All we wanted from the Skyview lounge was a shower and a soft drink having had a 12hour flight from the UK. However there is only two showers and there were no attendants to replinish the towels or the soaps etc. There was alcohol a plenty but no soft drinks other than tea and coffee. I thought I would have been better off going elsewhere.

Sad at leaving my family it was lovely to relax in comfort. The food and drink were of good quality. I appreciated the tranquility before a long overnight flight. I will certainly be recommending it and definitely use it again.

For a short time was rather crowded but the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent, with curteour service from the staff
