Everything was great - access is easy, service is good. Shower faicilities and food as expected. It's a shame they no longer serve champagne or sparkling wine.

We had some issues with the receipt and entering the lounge which is why customer service scored lower but overall I would definately use this lounge service again. Good value for money.

we travel to mru twice a year and have been using you Maingard Lounge for the last couple of years this time the food was more of a selection the staff as always, lovely and the lounge it self brilliant so relaxing before our 24hr travel home to the UK everything was rated by my husband and myself as excellent last time but this time the standard was just higher again well done and thanks to all the staff involved

We have used this lounge before and will no doubt use it again in the future

We spent 6 hours in the lounge while in transit as our plane was delayed. It was a great place to relax and the kids were able to play in the kids corner

We had been recommended to use this airport lounge from a friend and were very glad we did, otherwise the wait for our flight would have fraught due to lack of seating.

It was our first time there and we were happy with our experience, especially when travelling with young children. We were able to enjoy drinks and snacks in comfortable and quiet surroundings, although the AC did need turning up a little at some point. We relaxed in comfortable armchairs until our flight was due to board.

A pleasant area to wait for your flight , team helpfull and happy , in need of a refurbishment I would say , but a new airport is being built so they are probably waiting for that.

Due to Airmauritius bringing our flight forward to 7.15pm from 10.20pm due to bad weather. We were unable to use the lounge.
