I felt pleased I'd opted to book this is advance as it was a hot and busy night at the airport and having a space to sit, the use of the Wifi and snacks and drinks were a relief. The only problem is the lack of any visible clocks! I was so comfortable that I was late boarding my flight.

Ability to use the internet, catch up on emails, and have a drink and a snack in comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had 5 hours to kill and it was the best way to go so so pleasant ........i will always book this lounge really good value .

The range of drinks were good, the kids enjoyed the small snacks - hot dogs and mini burgers. Plenty of seating areas with a kids area with cushions where they can lie down and relax.

As Mauritius has only a small departure area it was beneficial to use there lounge facility

The standard waiting area for economy ticket is really unpleasant and usually overcrowded, with disappointing shops panel. The only place to be waiting for boarding is the business lounge - cosy and smooth experience.

Great looking and very comfortable, one of the very few lounges that give you free internet access! I was impressed with the service aswell. Most lounges ask you to help yourself, i was there for two hours and when i went to get myself a drink a member of staff made it for me and then when my glass was empty someone also asked if i would like another drink including champagne which was free. Which is unusual! The down side was the food. I was there at 8pm and hadnt eaten since lunch. The food was minimal compared to Dubai aiport lounge.

pleasent enough, a bit loud but friendly staff and was nicely near to the security area and easy to find.

After spending 3 hideous hours in the departure lounge last year we decided to try the Amedee Maingard Lounge. It's very good value and worth every penny! Just to sit in cool comfort, in a comfortable arm chair in peace and quiet, with unlimited alcoholic drinks and some sandwiches and snacks before our 12 hour flight home was heaven. Will definately use every time from now on.

The lounge is spacious and the staff friendly. If you are in transit the showers are a godsend. Split over 2 levels there is always somewhere quiet to retire to. The range of food and drinks is adequate, and they do make a decent espresso.

the only problem we had was on arrival when the staff at reception didnt recognise our printout from the website they said we needed a card to gain entry not a paper receipt, eventually after a few minutes we were allowed into the lounge.once inside the epperience was very pleasant

Initially the lounge was extremely busy and it was difficult to find anywhere to sit. However, once we did sit down and had a glass of champagne, we were able to relax prior to boarding our flight home. A much nicer way to finish your holiday if you are not travelling Business Class!
