Welcoming and friendly staff. Pleasant place to wait before the flight home and not too far away from departure gates. Last wee touch of Malta before flight home.

I always book the airport lounges when i travel as it is nice to sit in quiet surroundings rather than the noisier environment of the general airside area most lounges tend to have the same facilities and the La Valette is equally as good as any i have used

Just check the dates on the cans of lager!! The Heineken was out of date...

The fish tank was lovely it had a very calming effect before a flight back to the UK. Its easy to find and has plenty of seating. The food was fresh although the coffee machine needs a little working out! A fair choice of alcoholic drinks are also available and chilled soft drinks along with ice.

I enjoyed the time I spent in the lounge and as my flight was delayed more than an hour it was well worth the cost.

We were met by a very nice receptionist and informed of all the facilities available, there was a large selection of food and drinks, papers & magizines, plus TV and internet access on 6 compupters. Well be using this facility again. Richard Jenkins RN Commander Retd

As always, this was a relaxing way to end my stay on the beautiful island of Malta. The fish tank helps make the La Valette lounge a calming place and the small hot pastries are delicious.

Very disappointing - appeared to be understaffed and tables not cleared in many cases and not cleaned when they were. Food was very mediocre and wine cheap and cheerful No comparison with other lounges we've used recently

Good place to stop as Malta airport is quite small. Wi Fi was good. Would have liked some magazines to browse through.

sadly due to the time taken to check in due to some technical difficulty with computers at the desks, we only had 40 minutes in the lounge. This will be taken into consideration in future especially as we were in the hands of a transfer company and could not arrive any earlier from Gozo. The peace of the lounge is very welcome.
