We had dinner in the dinning room at night very enjoyable. Room very comfortable. staff very pleasant and helpful. The following morning had a lovely breakfast. We would use this hotel again.

Came back from airport to find battery in car was dead. The duty manager took my husband to a garage to get some jump leads and then helped us start our car. Very good service above and beyond expectation.

Excellent not too overcrounded - nice clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good relaxing bar area. Would definately use again for Park and Fly.

When checking in we asked for a quite room. Room was at he beginning of a noisy corridor. Poor sound-proofing in room - could easily understand what was being said in the next room. Swimming pool was main reason for selecting hotel - but it was out-of-order. When checking-out I explained why I was disappointed, and was argued with and shown no sympathy.
