had a meal quite nice ..hotel bit basic .. def a 3 star everything was ok until bedtime dirty sheets in bunk beds , damp sheets complained to recepetion they changed. Within 20 mins. Staff helpfulparking ok no problems with our car on return.
wouldnt use again in hurry due the sheets being damp and dirty ,no air con in rooms made it very stuffy when trying to sleep

Literaly 5 mins form Leeds/Bradford Airport, easy to find. Room very clean, everything you needed except some biscuits with tea and coffee! Parking in the car park of the hotel was OK transfers to the airport were excellent both ways. Only thing I feel let the Brittania Hotel was the food from the light snacks menu, didn't seem like home made. Other than that I would definately stay again.

Checked in early to ensure our instructions were registered and understood for early morning flight. 4.45am wake-up and 5.20am taxi Asked by reception to pay cash for transfer. No problem.
Phone rang at 0520am saying taxi was waiting,made it to reception at 0530am FLUSTERED!!!! checked out but unable to print bill so accepted debit card receipt.
On return to pick up vehicle 11/10/2013 called into reception and asked for copy of bill, no problem until I noticed payment for transfer on the bill (remember I already paid cash on arrival) After lengthy discussion with Manager, was told to leave it with her along with my home phone number and she will sort it.
Today is Tuesday 15th October and still no phone call.

booked hotel for 1 night stay and 11days parking on 23/09/12,slightly worried as i had read reviews on difficulty in parking.when we arrived drove round car park for about 20 minutes before abandoning car and decided to ask at reception for some help,directed us to a space behind the hotel which was something of a mud bath combined with the fact that there was no lighting ,made removal of the suitcases rather precarious.hotel and transfer were fine,i just wish they would address the parking situation.
