Our arrival was ok, but from then on things went downhill. We both had a Pizza for our evening meal, and although it was tasteful, we both felt there was way too much cheese in the topping. We considered that the drinks were overpriced, even for a hotel. When we awoke the next morning my wife pulled back the bedsheets to find a large bloodstain on the sheet, and with no signs of injury to either of us or any other reason to conclude that it had happened during our stay, we concluded that a dirty sheet had been left on the bed after the previous occupant, unfortunately we did not have time to complain.
The transfer to the airport was ok, but on our return it took me 4 attempts over 8 minutes to contact the transfer service and a further 20 minute wait until the transfer coach picked us up. We will not be using The Glasgow Airport Ramada again.

After picking up luggage and passing through customs we phoned the transfer company as instructed , they told us where to go and the bus would be there in 2mins. When the bus came at least 30mins later the driver would only take clients for The Erskine Bridge and another bus was on its way for other clients this came in about another 15mins.The driver in this bus seemed a bit irritated and not very helpful.This situation spoiled the overall service.

I was disapointed I had to drive to an off hotel car park after cheching in.In the past eighter on site parking or valet parking was available.This was at nearby hotels.

Our first room had an unmade and broken sofa bed so we asked to be transferred - and were, promptly and with an apology. The second room was fine. The receptionist stated that the secure parking arrangements were 5 minutes from the hotel - the car park was actually near Linwood - a round trip of at least half an hour. We felt the restaurant menu was rather pretentious. When the food arrived it was just about average (way too much oil on the salad, very basic pizza and bland pasta dishes) and for the quality, we felt the prices were too high. The airport transfer bus was excellent - very punctual and the driver was v. helpful. If the restuarant had provided better food at a more reasonable cost then I would have said the total package was good value for money.

Bit of a delay getting picked up from airport if I was being picky, however overall really good service, friendly and polite staff. Lovely room and facilities; I would definitely return to the Ramada Hotel at Glasgow Airport again.
