Hotel was ok for the price--main drawbacks were 1) the very muddy field for long-stay parking with no security. I was almost bogged down when we returned and got the car out only with difficulty and covered in mud. 2)The signage to find the hotel is poor. We needed satnav and even then it wasn't easy. But it beats driving through Glasgow in the rush-hour with a plane to catch.

There were other services provided which I did not use as they were not needed. The room had a pleasant view over the grounds which my granddaughters enjoyed wandering around in.
Having arrived at the aiport from Glasgow by bus I did wish that there had been a phone number displayed somewhere so that we could have been transferred to the hotel for the overnight
stay; however that was possibly my mistake for not having made a note of it at the time of booking.I would use the hotel again for the convenience of being near the airport for an early morning flight or a late arrival and at a reasonable rate

We stayed the night before an early morning flight.hotel is 10 minutes drive to the airport,great accomodation,14 days car parking, transfers to airport and back to hotel all included in the price £62 for three adults bargain.

LOvely clean room, nice big bed & plenty pillows. Easy check in, got a good parking space in car park & thankfully not on the grass as cars were getting stuck as there had been so much rain. Airport transfers were quick & helpful.

Very good value for the cost. The parking was in a field alongside the hotel this could have been better. The evening meal we had was overpriced and not up to scratch, if you are staying just for one night take a short trip to the Bishopton Inn good meals at a reasonable price two minutes drive away.

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room we had appeared to have been recently refurbished. The food was excellent. The bottle of wine in our room was a very nice surprising touch. The transfer to the hotel was also very efficient. Good friendly staff. Value for money it would be very hard to beat.
Only problem we had was we didn't have enough time at the hotel to enjoy the facilities. Next time maybe.

We stayed the night before we flew out on holiday. When we arrived back a week later, our car battery was flat. One of the reception staff very kindly agreed to jump start the car for us. Which was very kind of her and meant we could start the long drive home straight away. Also the staff in the dining room at breakfast time were really nice and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better.

Booked double room, non smoking, got a twin room that was disgusting with cigarette smoke. We were moved to another room but again a twin room. bar area to have a drink, tables were covered with dirty plates and glasses, took half an hour for this to be cleared.
