The secure parking area was virtually full and we were there during what would be recognised as off peak. I can only assume that they have another overflow parking area.

We found the Normandy Hotel excellent for our over night stay before our holidays. The transfers too and from the airport were ideal. Would book it again.

Value for money. Staff helpfull. Room quite small.Restaurant food & staff satisfactory. Only grump is surface in secure car park could be a lot better.

Room a bit tatty could do with refurbishment. Windows very dirty obviously not cleaned for some time. Bar meal excellent for value and quality. Staff excellent.

Although our confirmation said that parking was in a secure area the hotel told us that because of what we had paid our parking would be at the public car park and not secure. We showed them the confirmation and our was then transferred to the secure car park.

The price is low but what you pay is what you get. Room standard was so dated small bathroom terrible. Shower was unusable no power. Would not use this Hotel again until rooms are upgraded. People in next room on the move at 3am and it felt like they were in same room as us. No noise reduction at all in rooms. Very noisy.

This hotel is excellent value in a good location for the airport. It was clean. The room was so small we had to put a chair in the bath to make room for cases which was odd for an airport hotel. Otherwise great.

5.45am pick up to airport arrived at 6.05am and was over booked had to wait for second minibus at 6.20 this should have been properly arranged by the hotel as they have a list of guests traveling.

On arrival spent about ten minutes trying to enter secure car park, which is accessible from restaurant!!! On return journey coach took about 35 mins to come to pick up point and then on arrival at hotel, another wait until my car keys were found. It was suggested that I had gone on holiday with them, also wrong keys given to me by reception manager.

We opted to stay at the Normandy on the way back from Egypt, as we had to travel back to the north east. We were very tired as it had been a long day. The facilities were great; everything you needed was in the room and the beds were really comfy. Couldn't have asked for more.

Stayed the night of the Glasgow Airport terrorist attack & the hotel staff could not have been more helpful, would definitely use this hotel again.

What a great start to our holiday! We arrived to find we were booked into one of the superior rooms, which was bright, clean and tastefully decorated. We had a comfortable night's sleep, transfers to the airport and the extended parking made everything so easy, and at a very good price! Thank you.

Good hotel, easy to find, close to the airport with exceptionally pleasant staff. We did have our room upgraded, which was a pleasant plus!

Everything went smoothly and front desk staff were very helpful, but: 1.The hotel appearance e.g. paintwork, elevators look shabby. 2.Disappointed that there are no vending machines to provide snacks for late arrivals, after restaurants have closed. 3.Frequency of shuttle bus should be more than once an hour.

Excellent stay at this hotel, food in the bar was very good, please note you can have 2 starters but no main course. Transport to & from airport excellent and very quick and car was fine in the long stay car park at the hotel. Only drawback was all the road works in Renfrew which made it quite difficult to find the hotel.

This hotel is similar to a Travelodge. The rooms are small and some furnishings need updating, but there were no complaints about the beds, which were very comfortable. The value for money room and secure parking was a major reason for choosing this hotel and the bus to the airport was prompt, there and back.

Staying the night before our holiday certainly took away the hassle and stress of getting to the airport and parking the car, and a great plus was the value for money, wish I had done it in previous years.

I was very impressed with the Normandy Hotel reception staff; very friendly and helpful waiter/waitresses; very efficient. My only complaint was lady on bar very abrupt; we probably caught her on an off day. I will use this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.

I asked to be moved and was told I would have to upgrade at a cost of £30 otherwise I had to put up with the room. During the night the hotel was very noisy so I didn't sleep much.
