Though we enjoyed our stay, when we ate in the resturant and ordered our drinks they came to us warm, especially the larger which was on draught but came to us like a luke warm cup of tea.

We have used this hotel & parking service a few times, like the onsite parking, car is safe and less chance of damage. We had a newly refurbished room this time, very nice and a great improvement, well done. Courteous staff. Good mini bus service. Quick pick up from phone call.

Excellent service from the staff, which are friendly and can not help enough. The rooms are very comfortable, the resturant was very nice and the food was of good quality. This is a very relaxing way to start your holiday as you have no worries of traffic on the roads to the airport. The transfer driver, mike is very helpful and friendly.I would like to complement him for the excellent service on the way out and greeting us with such a warm welcome on our return. Will definately use this hotel again very soon and recommend to others.

The location is great and the parking and transfer is efficient if a little germanic its operation. The hotel needs a refurb 2 years ago and lets the whole operation down. The website paints a clever rosy picture that is dispelled when you actually arrive. We ate at the airport in preference to the restaurant as we went sure how clean it would be. shame as everyone we met from the hotel was helpful and pleaasnt

SkyLane is definately a place we would not revisit. Room was very tired looking, peeling paint etc. Bad night sleep due to ill fitting door that banged loudly everytime there was someone in the corridor using another door. Midnight a foreign man walked into our room we were in bed, he just kept saying your door was unlocked! Overall view a grotty hotel and unsafe

This hotel is desperately in need of a MAJOR refurbishment, the staff wer helpful and the transfer was efficient and FREE.

The hotel is undergoing a re-furb but still allocated the old rooms out. Initially we were given an old room, it was like something out of Fawtly Towers. The re-allocated new room however was much better, very clean and modern. The restaurant was like basic pub grub, fuel but little more. The drop off service was fine, no hassle and very prompt, however the collection piece advised that we would have to wait for an hour before they would collect us, with a small child a taxi was the only option. Staff were friendly and helpful though so all in all it was functional as a night before stop over and parking.

Staying at the hotel was a great start to the holiday. We were in the newly decorated half of the hotel, the room was great.The food in the hotel was also great. Couuld't fault a thing and would go there again.

Convenient for airport & everything was on site,eg bar / restaurant. We had to book a taxi to get us to the airport for for a 6.00 am check in, but the collection service was good. Comfortable bed, clean etc.

A dated hotel that only offered very basic facilities. Cleanliness was poor, service was barely adequate & the hotel car park had huge pot holes in it!! Served a purpose to accomodate our car whilst on holiday but one to avoid in the future.

We were not told about renovations that were taking place, although they did not affect us too much. Basic room, good enough for an overnight stay but that is all.

the skylane is under going a renovating programe at this time but rooms still clean and good value for overnight stay. resturant was also good value, good selection from bar menu or al-a-carte both served in resturant

The room needed looking at especially the blind on the window as it had half peeled off the bar. The bus to and from the hotel was very helpful. We went up the road to The Balloon pub and ate. It was really nice.

If you're on a real budget then maybe this is the place for you. If so avoid the breakfast, over priced and not worth having. Most likely worth a few more ££ to stay somewhere a little better

To be fair this hotel is in the middle of a major re-furbishment which should improove the current poor room state. The building work was not intrusive and being well done wing by wing. No dust, no noise. Airport transfers prompt and helpful. Would have liked a bit morevisual security for the car park.

The hotel was extremely dirty, car park full of pot holes, car was moved and damaged. Facilities closed early. Over charged. Not for warned of internal works at booking otherwise would not have gone there. Would NOT recommend hotel; Very very disappointed.

I was very disappointed in this hotel, the coach tranfers to and from the airport do not start early enough and my travel to cyprus was very rushed. coming back our flight was 4hrs late getting in which meant we didn't get back to the hotel untill nearly 11pm. by which time there was no bar opened . not able to get a meal because the restraunt was shut and there was no room service, we waited nearly 25mins for the shuttle bus pick up ourselves and other passengers. we booked a smoking room as advertised on your website only to dicover the hotel was totally non smoking which i was extrememly unhappy about. hotyel info is totally misleading.

Our flight landed at 2330 so by the time we got out we had missed the last transfer but the airport taxi company have plenty of cabs and cost us a tenner for the five minute ride straight away.
