Unless you use a car, bus or taxi it's not easy to access. Access from the train station is not easy. £2-50 per-person for the bus is too much. It's ok if you're in a car.

A cosy, welcoming hotel, convenient for North and South terminals. Clean comfortable rooms (plenty of space in the triple), pleasant bar area, and excellent buffet breakfast offering a wide choice.

Because transfer to Departure Terminal only every 40 minutes, we were told by the Receptionist that it was only a 5 minute walk away. They didn't explain that it wasn't really signposted, was across roads and roundabouts where there was sometimes no pavements. You couldn't take a luggage trolley because there were too many kerbs to go up and down and there was also a nice flight of stairs to get up and over a walkway (with no lift option)- although I don't know that we went the right way because we ended up at a point that said staff only but carried on anyway. Arrived in terminal in a complete sweat!!

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the food from Slice was delicious! We were woken quite a few times during the night by other guests slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridor. It might help if a notice to this effect could be given to all guests. Great stay otherwise and would definitely come again.

The hotel room was excellent, and myself and my family thought the breakfast in the morning at the hotel was good value for money and the food was excellent.

The hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable. All you could want after a long day travelling.
