Although the service was good , the staff there were pleasant and helpful. But no fault of the staff they were understaffed that evening and feeling the pressure expectionally the kitchen.

We choose this hotel because you could leave your car at the hotel while you were away enjoying yourself. They also provide transport to the airport and supposedly from the airport to the hotel on your return. Ours never turned up (or we missed it or there was too much snow about.) Anyway we caught a sevice bus back to the hotel at great personal expense (50p each.) We don't really mind, we love challenges.

It was the ideal start to our holiday. With nothing left too worry about from the moment we arrived. It was so nice too know that the car was safe and we didnt have to wory about getting to the airport. This was the first time we used Holiday Inn Express and will be using it for our future holidays. :)
