Room was good, transfer from hotel to airport and back good. Car was ready on returning from hoilday. The meal in the Indian Restaurant was very good and good service. All in all would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel on 21 Dec 2010 and despite the difficult drive (due to the snow!), the hotel was easy to find, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful...in particular the lady on the night shift, who checked our flight departure status and gave us an early morning call. The rooms were clean and comfortable and with just a short walk to the Airparks car park (and the awaiting bus), made the transfer hassle free. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The car parking /bus transfer is very good .The hotel is rather jaded but clean. The music in the bar/restaurant was far too loud restricting conversation.

My husband and I were put in a room at the top of the stairs on the first floor. Outside the window was some form of heater/cooler which made a loud noise all night. We only realised this once in bed. To compound this they was a lot of noise on/at the bottom of the stairs made by other guests who had obviously had some disagreement with the hotel/restaurent/other guests. Also we were by the swing doors which were slammed constantly due to arrival/departure of guests. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning and will not be staying there again.

The overnight stay and carpark deal was booked for convenience but found that it was not possible to park the car until the morning of departure and not on arrival as expected. With an early morning flight, moving the car from the hotel car park was a hassle we could have done without.

The hotel had seen better days and could do with a facelift I understand they have had trouble with flooding. The bathroom was not up to standerd, but on a posetive note the staff were very helpful and breakfast was fine

The hotel was clean but slightly dated. The wireless internet connection signal was so weak I could not connect in my room and had to sit in the reception area which was drafty and not overly comfortable. Although the hotel had a bar and restaurant, they were unable to charge anything to my room which was fine for dinner as I paid by card, but with no cash machine and nothing around the area there was no way to get a drink. I was aware that the breakfast would just be continental but I was still a little dissapointed with the choice and presentation of food.

hotel clean but very basic,both showers (stayed in different rooms before and after hols) not good, no pressure and went to a trickle when kitchen (next door) used the water.

Excellent value and extremely convenient for the airport. Very quiet considering it was so close to the airport with an all night shuttle service.
The arrangements were simple over the internet with instant confirmation. The staff were friendly, and the shuttle service was very convenient. The rooms were well equipped and I wouldn't hesitate in using the hotel again
