No waiting both on dropping off and picking up the car. Frequent buses to airport. Car park very close to airport.

From our arrival at the carpark to our return after our holiday everything went like clockwork. Even our friends were impressed wih the service.

Easy to find and on airport so very convenient.Check in staff very efficient. Driver announcements of which Terminal you have reached not loud enough resulting in getting off at the wrong one. Luggage storage on the bus is difficult when the bus is busy resulting in having to lift cases to shoulder height, which is manageable for me but not so for older passengers and drivers not able to assist. Security appears good and surfaces are first class (no muddy puddles like many car parks.On airport siting makes the car park about £15 more than I would like to pay.

Some staff seem to resent that savings against normal long stay charges are great and thet customer service is not deserving of such good level. Having said that, on my recent return, when confused in the dark received helpful advice from a staff member when he saw I was in difficulty. Recently, a shift manager would not believe me when I stated that the internal Terminal guidance was not as helpful as it could be and seemed more inclined to impress his colleagues that I was an idiot rather than properly listen to my complaint.

We use Premier Parking because it is so convenient. We drop off the car at the office, jump on to the 'bus taking us to our terminal and arrive in our departure lounge with the minimum of fuss and bother. Now that we have found Premier Parking we will always use it when we fly from Manchester.

The parking was good and well organised, the only problem was poor directions after leaving the airport.

Easy to fine, frequent busses! No Hassle...just the ticket when you've landed bac and are tired and just want to get home - i will definately book again!!

Faultless!! Staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our flight was delayed and it was late at night but the pick up bus arrived, the keys were returned promptly and we were on our way home. From start to finish it was so easy, would definitely recommend, Thank you.

Clear details on how to get to car park and even in the early morning helpful staff and very quick transfer to the airport. Arrived at airport on return and bus as per the timetable. Transfer quick and staff helpful again.

We used a different car park last year when we visited Manchester Airport. This was not well run, and the parking was miles away. Premier Park was much more convenient!
