A more accurate description of the pick up point might help. I was a little confused oas to whereexactly to go. Might just be terminal 1

It was the first time to use Meet and Greet Parking at HTR. We were not sure where we could meet because nobody was standing or visible sign. But when we park soon a guy came. When we came out we had to wait for 10 minutes or so. So if meet and greet was more smooth it would be perfect. However It was good service overall and value for money. I will use it again.

We were met punctually on both arrival & departure. (driver went to exceptional levels to ensure we did not have to wait in the short stay car park when returning - and met us at the arrivals point!) We will definitely use the service for our next flight & recommend to friends.

Pleviously used M&G at Gatwick twice. Service there was problem-free although on last occasion had to wait a couple of minutes for return driver. Heathrow was perfectly trouble-free, both outgoing and returning. And there was no issue with the fact that outbound we arrived 45 mins early due to the M25 being problem-free at 10.00am

I've used MBW a number of times now and they've consitently provided a courteous professional service, which is great value for money. Even when I had to rearrange a flight at short notice they were straightforward and helpful and changed my drop off and collection times with no issue and no charge - faultless!

Meet and greet worked a treat, professional and punctual- great attitude

Had a short (10-15 min) wait on the return, no drama but we did. Also not entirely sure of the mileage but suspect it was further than the 1.1 miles the advert said (car returned with engine at temperature - so must have been running for 20 mins).

Does just what it says on the tin or should I say website, it cuts the stress out of parking at the airport and will definitely use again.

Staff were very helpful and delivered a timely and efficient service, despite a delay on r return flight. I wiould recommend this service to others.

I use MBW whenever I park at T5 and I will continue to do so as their service is without fault.

My experience was a happy one and I found the persons who I came in contact during this experience were professional, courteous, reassuring and very helpful.

This is the 4th time my wife and I have used MWB Meet & Greet Parking. The service is efficiency itself and we would never use any other method of parking when we fly out of Heathrow. Why would one go to the bother of parking off-airport and being bussed into the terminal, when MWB's Meet & Greet completely takes the hassle out of parking for a very similar price? A fee of £114.60 for 3½ weeks parking seems a pretty good deal to us. Well done MWB!

Had numerous problems booking. First double booked and charged three times, then refunded once, then again, then booking cancelled out, eventually got telephone call re instating booking, no email received. EVENTUALLY all confirmed. Actual parking and pick up experience very good.

We accidentally left our little daughter's trunky with all the toys behind at the car park and drove off. Half an hour later we realized the trunky got left behind. I called MBW and they were so helpful! They found the trunky (we left it on the floor in the car park) and left it safe with the customer service desk, ready for us to collect. They also called me several times, despite my bad mobile phone connection, to explain where to find the trunky. My daughter was very happy to be reunited with the trunky and all her toys! Well done the team, lovely people and really caring, puts a smile on my face just thinking about how helpful you have been.

A realy easy hassle free way to start your holiday, at the same cost as long term parking. fella was waiting at the airport carpark when i arrived, and was there when i came out with my cases. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again when traveling from heathrow.

I think MBW are much smaller but I have used them twice and I was very happy with the service on both occasions, and was 70% the cost of Heathrow valet parking

We followed the instruction as per the confirmation, called MBW half an hour before we arrived at the airport, they said someone would be waiting for us. When we arrived there wasn't anyone from MBW there, all the other car parking companies had people there. After waiting 15-20mins I called them again to make sure we were in the right place and to find out where they were, again we were told someone was on their way. Another 15-20mins went by before someone arrived, we didn't receive an apology he just made a comment on the colour of the car, I signed some paperwork and he left. The return wasn't much better, I called them when we had collected our bags, as per the instructions. It took us maybe 20mins to get back to the car park, which I thought would be plenty of time for them to arrive, but we were still left standing there waiting for at least another 15mins before they brought the car back. For a Meet & Greet service we may as well have just parked the car ourselves. We definitely won't be using them again, and would definitely not be recommending them.
