How can I find out what's included in a vehicle's rate?
Once you've conducted a search and are presented with the available options, you can view detailed information about what's included in any vehicle's rate by clicking the "Rate Details" link.

How is my car hire reservation confirmed?
A detailed confirmation voucher will be sent to you within a couple of minutes of completing your booking online.. In the event that you have any questions or queries regarding your booking, payment or confirmation you can call us on 0870 625 1234 (if you're dialling from outside the UK, please contact us for the appropriate telephone number. All information sent through our web site is encrypted to protect your privacy.

Is there a fee for cancelling a reservation?
CarTrawler has no cancellation or amendment fees when they are advised at least 48 hours prior to the rental start date. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence, the monies transacted will be retained by CarTrawler and will not be refundable.

If the entire rental amount has also been paid, CarTrawler will retain the equivalent amount of money for 3 days rental and will not be responsible for refunding the rental amount.

What do I need to pick-up my car?

  • Full and Valid Drivers License.
  • Credit Card in the primary driver's name.
  • Your reservation voucher from CarTrawler.
