I have no complaints at all. The parking was exactly as described and my car was still there when we got home. Who can complain!

Don't really enjoy paying for parking, but it is alot cheaper than some others.

When arriving back late there is no signage in the terminal to direct one to the information desk (or very little signage) and certainly none mentioning "car parking assistance" for pre-booked customers. Otherwise all very good.

The car park at Robin Hood airport is large with plenty of parking places, it is well lit and only a short walk to the terminal which opposite the terminal building. It is very safe for all users.

Couldnt be simpler at Robin Hood Airport, park up right on the doorstep, no messing about and well worth the money. Plenty of spaces, car park well lit, safe, clean and tidy. Can't be more than 5 to 10 mins from anywhere in the car park to being inside the terminal building from leaving your car. I will always try and fly from Robin Hood everytime!

Perfect. Just drop the wife off along with our luggage, and without loosing sight of each other parked up and then back together within two minutes, and i do mean two minutes.

Car park easy to locate on entering the airport area and plenty of parking space. Parking information desk in the airport building is easy to find and the staff helpful and friendly upon your return to validate the ticket for exit from the carpark.

This car park is extremely convenient, within easy walking distance of the terminal building. It is new and well lit, with ample spaces. On returning from holiday the process of having the car park ticket validated at the airport information desk was speedy and efficient, thus allowing us to continue our journey without delay.

The instructions to the airport and car park were very good. It was the first time we used the Robin Hood Airport and car park and will use it again in the future.

I have recommended this excellent car parking at Robin Hood to all our friends and collegues who in the past have used the East Midlands airport.

I have used this car park many times, twice to drop off relatives at the aiport and once for my own holiday. I think that it is very pricey, same as most airport car parks. The car park itself is ok, directly in front of the airport. Ok if you can get near to the front but on all occasions I ended up farthest away, a bit of a walk. All in all its not bad, I left my car there for ten days and it was safe but thought it was a bit pricey.

Good site and very close to airport , security good and price in line with most other airport parking. I would recommend it.

Being so close to the terminal meant no transfer by coach, which has to be an advantage to the elderly or lone customer.

Parking was probably the most convenient that I have experienced at any UK airport.

Very quick and easy to park and enter airport. This has to be the most conveniently situated airport car park I have ever visited. Excellent!! Will definitely use next time.

The last time I pre paid Car Parking at a British Airport I was stuck at the exit gate for 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer a phone so that the gate could be lifted (East Midlands). At Doncaster the Information desk validates the ticket before you go to your car. Consequently, I could drive through the gate immediately. The car park is within easy walking distance of the terminal, is well lit and is on newly laid tarmac. I couldn't fault the whole experience.

We experienced no problems at all, pre-booking also made life a lot easier and the people at the information desk were very pleasant and helpful.

Parking very easy. Car park is next to both the departure and arrivals. It's well lit and obviously new. Felt confident leaving the car there. Don't forget to get ticket validated before leaving car park - this is via the customer service desk in arrivals.

Convenient to get to and easy for airport access. Areas signposted well. Staffing and security unknown as none were seen. Could do with better directions in the airport as to where to go to get ticket stamped for leaving. On the whole - fine, and very good value for money.

We will definitely use Robin Hood Airport Parking in the future.
