You have to queue at the information desk on arrival back in Sheffield/Doncaster to validate your ticket for exit.

Easy to find, well signed. Well lit. Just a little too far to transfer luggage in bad weather.

The car park was right next to the terminal so there was no hassle carrying luggage. Entry and exit was by barrier so there weren't any hold ups. It would have been nice to just go to a machine to have the card validated rather than Customer Services (as it was the desk was quiet so we didn't get held up)

I was all round pleased with the simplicity of the whole car parking adventure! Being a mother and travelling with a little one by yourself is a nervous experience on its own, but your service will bring me back to you every time me and my daughter fly! I loved the complete no worry be happy parking thanking you all kindly!xxxxx.

Just a minor point: On my return - I had a ticket for the machine but was also asked for my booking form, which was in my luggage in the boot. It was snowing, having just returned from 25 degrees in Gran Canaria this seemed like needless paperwork :(

So easy I can't really think of anything that needs to be done differently except perhaps to identify that pre-pay parking and pay and display is contained within the same park I was looking for a named car park. However it was about 4am and I may have missed it.

We just drove straight in obtaining a ticket, parked up and just walked across the road into the airport. On return just went to the desk with ticket, payment found their system then on our way.

Quiet time of year, but nice and easy to find, no problems.

When leaving the country I was told that somebody would be at the information desk on my return to stamp my ticket, there wasn't, but a man told us to go to the exit barrier and show my paperwork to someone in the kiosk who let us out. Very easy would use again.

Would definitely recommend this service to friend and relatives and would defintely use again myself.

Car parking is well sign posted, very easy to park with no hassle and very close to the airport. i.e just a walk over the road. Would use again without doubt - the easiest parking at any airport.

On the day of my departure I arrived early morning, there were plenty of parking spaces. The fog was so thick we could not see the terminal and there were no signs to say what to do. I wasn't sure if a bus would soon arrive to take me to the terminal. After asking a car parking attendant we soon realised that the terminal was only yards from the car park and as we walked towards it saw the nice new terminal appear out of the fog. I then realised why there were no notices in the car park.

Extremely convenient, right next to the terminal. Signs could be improved to help with navigation from drop-off area to car park.

It took out all the hassle of the travelling experience. Its a shame the experience was not relived inside the building where I could not get a hot meal at three different outlets before my flight!

You do not need to go to their information desk. Just hand ticket & internet confirmation to car park attendent.

Can be a very long walk to terminal, which would be bad under severe weather conditions. Lack of overhead lane identification to find vehicle upon return. Suggestion - cover the walkways which run from the aisle ends to the road near the terminal building. This at least would give a large degree of weather protection.

Ample parking, on the airport, now easier to find with good road links.

Well identified car parking - great to be able to unload & park adjacent to the terminal. Easy to follow instructions & v.pleasant staff giving out the exit tokens. Perhaps one consideration - on very rainy days they should open up all of the car park to allow shorter access to terminal - not good to be travelling light BUT wet!

Easy access, but not made clear either in the sent instructions or by on-site signage what the actual procedure is for using the car park for a long term stay. The luggage trolleys parks around the car park are not sign posted; not very good when its raining heavily and you are trying to find a trolley when going into the terminal. Fast and easy issue of exit pass when returning.
