very prompt collection and return - easy communication - all went very smoothly - used after recommendation by friends and would recommend myself - also a lot cheaper than booking through a package deal

I first used In2 Car Parks a year ago when I used their secure car park. This year as I was travelling on my own with my daughter and arriving in the ealry hours I felt more comfortable using their meet and greet service. I rang them a few minutes before I arrived at the airport and they were waiting in the dop off zone. Again when I returned they were waiting with my vehicle and such a relief just to be able to get in your car and drive straight home. For the sake of just a few more pounds this service is efficient, cost effective and invaluable especially to a woman travelling alone or with young children. Wouldn't hesitate in using this service again. Thank you. Jane

My car was collected and returned exactly as required, it all helped create a stress free journey through Liverpool airport.

We were stuck in Barcelona by the ATC strike and rang to say so.They said fine but tell them we were late when we rang on return. We flew 2 days later at 21.30 and were the diverted because of fog and finally got back at 1.30 a.m. They answered the phone at once and arranged to be in the car park pronto. After 5 minutes I got a call to say that my car would not start (it was -8 C),they'd send a van and could they go under the bonnet? The van arrived and took us to the park were my car had been started. Beat that for great service .

Meet and greet service. Bit of a wait when dropping the car off, but we were in no rush. Guy picking up the car was polite and courteous. Whole process was simple and fast (about ten seconds). On return it was nearing on midnight and freezing cold. Car arrived quickly with minimal waiting time, and bonus being it was warm as heaters had been put on! Again, guy dropping the car off was very pleasant, and a nice person to receive us back in the country. Would definitley use again.

Extremely fast & effecient service. The guy was there when we arrived & we only had to wait a couple of minutes on our return. So much better than bothering with the bus!

We returned from a long days travelling and telephoned the number from the babgage carousel as instructed. There was a problem with the abgage carousel which meant that we where there for about 1/2 an hour more than expected. When we arrived at the car park the member of staff said 'finally' gave us the key and told us we had 7 minutes to get out before we had to pay. when we tried to exit - having not been in the car park ever before, we realised we needed a ticket which had not been given to us. We saw the member of staff and drove towards him to ask - his answer was less than helpful and we where advised to tailgate another vehicle out of the car park which was quite disturbing. I was quite shaken by this experience after a long days journey and can inform you that I will not be either using or reccomending this service again.

this is the 2nd time we have used this service, it was once again very good and saved a lot of hassel out of travelling! Will use again when I am next travelling from this airport many thanks
