I thought that the service provided was excellent, and was certainly value for money. We will always use In2 Car Parking whenever we are flying from Liverpool Airport.

First time we had used In2 and found it an excellent service. Friendly staff, only waited a few minutes for shuttle mini bus which is great when your stressed to catch a flight. Also we realised when we got to the airport we had left our holiday money in the car and the driver could not have been more accomodating.

We've used the In2 Car Parking for the second time and this time I've ordered full valet service. Great pleasure to be back and get into clean and niece smelling car. Thank you.

Used In2 Car Parking in August 2010 - the booking process was simple and quick. Upon arrival the staff were efficient and friendly and we waited just a couple of minutes for our very short transfer to the airport - on route we realised that our nine year old son had left his hand luggage in the car, however, this was not a problem because the driver kindly brought the bag to us on his next 'drop' about 5 minutes later! Upon our arrival we waited where we had previously been instructed and sure enough we were picked up and taken to the car park within a matter of minutes. Overall, we were more than happy and very impressed with service we received; it was professional, excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend and use again.

Excellent value for money. Much cheaper than other airport car parks and transfers to and from airport were quick and there within 5 mins of phonecall.

we will definately use in2 car parking again. the service was 2nd to none and represented good value for money. we are used to paying twice as much for a taxi and won't be doing that again.

Additional information on the shuttle service would be helpful, none of this was provided on either the website or the email instructions As it happens there was nothing to worry about, a shuttle bus is provided, but this was not mentioned in the previous information

It's particularly nice to know that you won't have to wait when you return. I called In2 as soon as we had collected our bags and the guy said the bus would be there in 2 mins and when we got outside to the car park, he was just pulling up. Perfect!

Easy to find, very good price, punctual with transfers, think we only had to wait about 5 mins after phoning them on returning from the holiday. Would definately use again although the staff could be a little more friendly, they all seemed quite abrupt.

Easy to find, reasonably quick booking in process. (Mine was slightly slower because I had only booked the same day and the booking ref I'd been allocated wasnt on the system. Even so, it still took less than 10 mins). Minibus was already there to take us to the airport and on the return journey only had to wait 5 mins for it to pick us up. Will definitely use again

easy to find and good welcome when booking car in. even got offered a car wash and a valet. quick transfer to and from airport with friendly staff, which was good even considering it was the middle of the night when we landed. will definately use again and have already told family and friends to use this car park.

Car park 5 min from airport, with very helpful staff. on our return we just rang the number & were collected within 15min, our car was waiting so a quick transfer of luggage & we were on our way. would definiately use again, very good value for money as these were the cheapest we found on the net.
