We arrived at the car park and went to book in. This was done very quickly and smoothly. We only waited a few minutes and the transfer vehicle picked us up and took us to the airport. The return journey we waited about ten minutes, but this was due to three Ryanair flights all landing within a few minutes of each other. The driver was already transporting people when we got there. The service was absolutely brilliant and we will definitely be using In2 Car Parking again. Thanks

We had to wait 20 minutes for transfer to the airport.Otherwise all was fine.

I would just comment that waiting facilities for transfer at parking end are poor and some shelter from the weather conditions should be considered by the Company .

staff very helpfull and drivers lovely welcome is only few min from airport pick up right outside no car keys to worry about when away car right outside office ready to drive away would use again i also paid just a five for car wax and polish lovely job

everything ok on departure excellent service,pity the same could not be said about our arrival back rang on arrival as requested was told 10 mins the mini bus arrived in 10 mins to many passengers to get on at once the driver was very off hand and shouted first 8 my hubby got on and 3 of us had to wait driver said he would be back,my husband asked if he was coming sraight back for us to which he replied no i am waiting for some cars to come in to take first we would have to wait,my husband got his car and came for s himself.We have previously used a different company and never had his problem so would not use this company again.

Arrived at 4am in the morning after booking on the internet the previous night. We were met at the Car Park by a very polite member of staff. Easy to use, just park by the office, leave you keys and leave the rest to the Staff. Prompt and easy on time transfers. Will without doubt use them again. Far better than parking on site at the airport. No stress involved, 1st class service.

Very professional service. Would use again. Transfer time is only minutes, and even in the middle of night didn't have long to wait for bus.

I have never used car parking at the airport before and I must say it is much easier that way. I am happy and I will use that car parking again. Excelent service, quick transfer to the airport and back and great price.

Close to the airport & transfer is only 5 minutes. Arrived back in pouring rain at 2am. They had the wrong date back for our arrival so we had to wait while they found the car luckily I had the confirmation email with the right info so they didnt charge us the extra day they had asked for. Then the battery was flat as the car has a keyless ignition & they hadnt turned the engine off properly when they parked it. They didnt have any power pack jump off equipment so we had to get it jump started started from another car they brought up. However despite all this I am sure it was just one of those things as the staff were apologetic and tried to do their best. The transfer time worked out fine both going & coming back & it was prompt & efficient. If flying from Liverpool again I would prbably still use them again.

car park is easy to find. staff friendly and short waiting times. on arrival did not wait more than 5 minutes once I had phoned. value for money, definitely would use again.

i will definately be using this car park again, was taken to the airport as soon as we got to the car park and was picked up again within 5 minutes of arriving out of the terminal, very good service.

The parking was value for money in a good location and with a short transfer, however when several flights arrived at once there was a long delay to wait for the pickup as they only have 1 mini-bus and 1 car for transfers.

Not particularly convinient, other options are similar cost and easier

close to the airport, easy to find, no fuss transportation, everything arranged and waiting, car ready on return too... considerable cheaper than the others!

Car park was easy to find. Friendly service. No waiting about. Good value.
