Everything worked like clockwork. The bus was clean and well equipped and everything was as a customer would expect. My wife left her bag in the car and it was brought to the Airport immediately without any dramas or moans. Good service - will use again.

On return we found our front tires had gone almost flat, which was nothing to do with the car park's facilities but rather a fault on our car. On requesting assistance this was rectified without delay in a friendly manner which let us on our way within 5 minutes. We would definitely use your company again and would recommend to friends. The staff were all very helpful and smartly dressed and the toilet facilities spotless. Well done and keep up the high standards. Another Satisfied Customer

Being a regular holidaymaker and having used numerous of the Car Parks in and around Glasgow Airport, I certainly found your organisation to come "top of the tree" with regards to both Service and Value For Money. You have definitely achieved in one of my own goals whilst working in "Achieving Customer Satisfaction" Congratulations.

Q-Park was very easy to find with the directions given. On arrival at Q-Park, the staff who booked us in were very efficient and they had a bus waiting to transfer us to the airport. On arriving back in the UK after our flight, I was unable to find the telephone to phone them to pick us up, however a bus was waiting outside the terminal to transfer us back to Q-park where we were dropped off beside our car. We received very good service and I would recommend Q-Park to my friends.

I will use this car park next time we fly from Glasgow. When we arrived back in Glasgow at 3am my girlfriend left our ruck sack in the baggage claim. We found this out when the bus had just arrived so the driver took our cases and put them in our car as we had to wait in the airport for our ruck sack. When we eventully got to our car our cases were in our car. We then found out that one of our tyres was flat (joy at 4 in the morning). As i started to change the tyre a member of staff stopped me and said "I will go and get you a compresser". He then came back and pumped our tyre up. At last we were on our way home.

Directions to park excellent. Quick effective handling. Bus large and comfortable. Speedy transfer. Parking at airport was at a point where there were no trolleys but this is probably a fault of the airport. Overall excellent service and value for money.

A family party of four travelled from Glasgow Airport in May 2007 and used the local Q Park. We've been using the park for years and found, as usual, courteous service - help with our bags - and no hanging around. The service was, in fact, faultless.

QPark seem to have got most things right. My only problem was with finding the site which is in the middle of a large industrial estate with minimal signposting and I did not find the supplied map and instructions that easy to follow. The service and vehicle condition were fine and I will definitely recommend and use QPark again.

Pleasantly surprised at standard of service. Fully asphalted car park surface and modern check-in service. Tranfer buses modern and clean. In the past I have used long stay car park facilities at other airports and have had to pay twice the price, with vehicles left on what amounted to waste ground.

Cannot fault Q-PARK WHAT SO EVER, arrived early in the morning, within 15 mins we were checking in, on arriving home called when we got off the plane after going through customs, by the time we were outside the bus was there. EXCELLENT, WILL USE AGAIN!

This is the second occasion that I have used this facility and found it to be very efficient in every aspect. Ease of delivery to the parking area and immediate transfer by coach to airport. On return waited no more than five minutes for the return coach and a speedy collection of vehicle.

Very quick check in on arrival and immediate transfer to airport. On return to airport shuttle bus was just leaving but another arrived within 10 minutes. Taken straight to where car was parked. Hard surface parking area. Help with luggage at all stages. Not the cheapest but does carry the Police certificate for security. Have now used twice and would certainly use again.

I found the wait for the bus back to the car park a bit disappointing. It was cold and damp and although they knew when our flight landed and that we had picked our luggage up, we still had to wait 10/15 mins outside. Other than that the service was excellent and the staff extremely helpful.

Staff are helpful and very friendly, my car was parked as always in a safe and proper car park, the transfer was quick with no problems. Qpark is the only place I would leave my car!!!

The only minor improvement I would make is to have the driver of the transfer coach from the airport back to the car park to have a microphone. It was difficult to hear him while he was driving. He was explaining what the procedure would be when we got back to the car park.

We found the Glasgow Airpark service very reliable and would definately recommend it to friends. The price was very cheap so we were a bit wary but this is the second time we have used it and found it great value compared to prices we have paid before. Directions were spot on and its only minutes from airport. We will use this service again.

Staff were efficient and knew who we were as we entered the building; they used our name. Very quickly processed and were on our way. On return the bus was waiting for us. The driver was very helpful and polite. Will certainly use again.

Waiting for the bus in the pouring rain is totally unacceptable. Then standing around waiting while the driver reads everybodys name out over the phone. Then being dropped in the middle of the car park and told our car is somewhere here.Then trying to find our way out as there are so many signs and diversions. Will definatley be using somebody elsenext time. Not impressed.

Directions provided were clear and correct, so easy to find. Fast efficenct check-in even through busy. Staff were friendly and helpful even at 5am! Bus transfers leaving constantly, again at 5am this was surprising. Only problems were on return when had to wait 10 minutes for 2nd bus to come when surely they knew how many passengers were coming in on that plane as you stated this with flight # and land time at check-in. Also, I thought I had lost my receipt (my husband had it hidden somewhere stupid!) and they would not accept my registration number/booking ref as proof. This could be viewed good or bad as shows high security I guess. Would definitely use again though.

Dropping off was very smooth in the middle of the day. We returned just after midnight. A bus was waiting outside the terminal and within 20 minutes we had arrived at the car park, obtained security pass, been dropped at our car and were on our way home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the service.
