first its easy to get to from the glasgow end and easy to get back to the moterway..your vehicle is identified as you enter and park at the reception,take your luggage to reception with your car key,sign in and off you go. on the return pick up the coach where it drops you at the airport and they will drop you and your luggage at you car or as near as possible.. very good service.they will wash your car if you want that done. we have never had a problem with them and i would recommend them to all. i think it possible may cost a pound or two over other,but but worth the security. j. black

Everything was as good as or better than we expected. If you're looking for extra services, they offered valeting and dropping you off/picking you up in your own car to save time (this option was quite expensive though).

Checking in was quick and easy. Also transfer to airport was punctual. We used the service where our car was brought to the airport for us, again it was there waiting for us allowing us to get on our way quickly.

Airparks is a friendly company, they have a no nonsense check in facility. The staff are polite and efficient and always wish you a pleasant journey. I have used airparks several times and have never had a problem."Well done"Airparks!

No hassle on arrival, close drop off to car on return, good to get the car washed (tho' would appreciate it if you could NOT clean the windshield with wax - I'm still getting problems with visibility nightdriving because of this).

we have used Airparks on a number of occasions and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Buses are always clean and on time. will continue to use them and have recommended them to friends.

Out going flawless, inbound had to wait 20 mins for bus to arrive, but once onboard everything ran smoothly and car was clean and ready for homeward travel. Would use again and recommend, just cut down on the waiting time.

I have parked in many car parks and I can honestly say that this is the best one I have used. Staffs were very friendly at all times. The facilities are very modern and secure. The transfer shuttle was on time. And the price was very reasonable. The only surprise was that they try to promote the purchase of other services upon arrival (car hoovering, car wash, etc) but it is up to the customer to accept or not. I feel this additional service should be advertised in the web site when the booking is made.

Great service no hanging around waiting for transfers,it was really easy to find the car park and on our return we called from the baggage area and the bus was waiting for us which dropped us of right at our car.Great service will use this park again.

Very efficient service, well laid out arrival area and bus transfers. They picked us up very promptly on our return and even had the cars ready even though we had misjudged the time by 6 hours!

Very professional and friendly staff, making our trip to and from the airport a comfortable and pain free experience. Would recommend this car park to anyone flying from Glasgow, both for the service provided and value for money. Both the transfers to and from the airport were quick and punctual droping us back off, on the return trip, right at our car. Will definately use this Company and Airparks at Glasgow Airport again.

The carpark was easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The transfer bus was there and waiting with willing driver.No problems at all. Will be useing this service again and telling family and friends about it.

The car park is easy to find which is very important as getting the car parked and getting to the check-in in plenty of time is always worrying. Then everything is done for you by the friendly and efficient staff so that you can go off and relax and the same on the return. Highly recommend them.

I have never used this company before but will have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends and associates. From the moment I booked to the time I returned home the service was outstanding.

We had never used the airport parking at Glasgow before, so upon arrival we were pleased to be told to leave our car at the front of the Airpark building and lave our keys behind the desk. The bus was waiting for us and we arrived with plenty of time to catch our flight. The return leg was easy - we just rang through after collecting our luggage before making our way to the bus stop we had been dropped off at. A bus arrived straight away and we returned to Airparks where our car was easily found. My only criticsm was that Airpark was not easy to find and even when we drove past the entrance it was not obvious from the signage that this was the airport parking we had booked.

Reception on arrival was very friendly and helpfull. Paperwork and transfer were hassle free and painless. On return the sevice was of excellent standard, transfer from airport to car park was very efficient, with very little time between advising of our arrival and pickup. Will use Airparks on our next departure from Glasgow airport.

Airparks is in the middle of a new industrial estate and not that well signposted so without a satnav I think I would have struggled because their directions were not that clear, at least not to me. That said the service was fine, the staff were businesslike and most importantly the vehicle was as we had left it.

my wife took her electric scooter and driver happy to help with the loading and unloading of it. but with the cost of parking rising,next year when we have a 2 week break,it is cheaper get taxis and leave the car in the garage,so perhaps returning cliets could get a reduction for 2 weeks.
