The only issue we had was on leaving the carpark. We had booked and paid online but on leaving the premises our card that was issued on arrival from the machine was not recognised and we had to reverse up from the gate and take both the card and our booking reference number into the office for verification. This does make one wonder why we bothered to try and make life a little easier and previously paid online when we had to prove it at 3am in the morning anyway. I think the facilities are great but this issue needs to be addressed. We were not the only ones either !!

arrived at night found car park very easy from directions given we had travelled 200 miles to get there got on the bus and was dropped at airport in a matter of minutes. On returning was taken very quickly back to car park and dropped within a few meters of our car. Unfotunately we had a breakdown in the car park and had to call the RAC while waiting for these we went to the customer service building who were very polite and friendly they also made us a drink we used the toilets and was even offered the oppetunity to stay there until the RAC arrived.

Easy to park, great transfer service, easy to use and great value for money.

The short and relatively prompt transfers with friendly srtaff infused with a secure area for parking was exactly what we were looking for,and for fractionally more than inferior competitors we were very satisfied, the only possible downside (but not really a problem) was the fact that the car park being in the flight path meant the car was quite dirty on our return. many thanks

Your numberplate recognition 'system' is non-existent. I have to question why, when your instructions say that the numberplate will be logged and a personalised ticket issued at entry, I then had to go to Customer Services to get the ticket verified on exit. Surely this is not difficult to sort out when customers are paying £70 plus for a car park? Your Customer Services staff seemed equally frustrated. Do not market the numberplate recognition facility when it clearly does not exist.

After booking my holiday I found this provider to be the best value for money. After experiencing problems with my flight tickets I had to shorten my holiday stay and I contacted the team at Long Stay South Terminal and they provided a no hassle service and were happy for me to make amendments to my parking details. Overall a very pleasant experience! I will definitely be using again.

Nothing to it - park near a bus stop wait a few mins for the pick-up. Small delay waiting for return bus on Sunday evening but not unreasonable. Good value overall.

We use the onsite car park 4/5 a year and have found it to be the most efficient & easy way of parking our car with excellent quick transfers.

We couldn't of had a better experience of this service. We managed to park the car about 10 spaces away from a bus stop. A bus was just leaving as we parked, so we thought we would have a 10 minute wait for the next bus, but one arrived within a couple of minutes. On the return to the car park, we left the terminal and waited about 15 seconds before a bus came into sight. I don't think we could have been given any better service.

I was really impressed with the service provided. It was so easy to use and really organised. No fussing around waiting for someone to take details/show you where to park. It was all done automatically by scanning your number plate. Regular bus services. Would definately recommend to others.

Only problem was down to me - leaving lights on... No battery, but car park staff there in a flash with jump leads and a smile just about as long. (and no charge, either !)

Its great to be able to park your own car and lock it up your way, knowing that the seat will still be in the same position when you return! The loading bays and ramps at the bus stops are usefull for wheeled cases and heavy loads. The wait for a bus on returning was quite long and the driver didn't check which Zones the passengers were in, so we wasted several minutes driving round a Zone that no-one needed. Otherwise, a good service which we have used many times in the past and will contine to do so!

Pick up from car park to airport was good and instruction to area to park also good. Bus to pick us up from airport seemed to be longer than 10 mins but only by upto 5 mins at max. All in all was satisifed and gave service that I expected

it was an efficient and reliable service.I will not have a reservation to book again and will recommend it to my friends.

No problems with the parking or bus transfers but on our return the ticket machine didn't recognize we had prepaid. This would make exiting the car park so much quicker. Shame about the rather unfriendly service in the office!

Car park appeared secure, everything worked without a hitch. Due to volcanic ash, we were 24 hours late getting back to Gatwick, I was expecting to pay an extra £9.50p but was told that there was no extra charge! Very impressed!

We were incredibly impressed with the ease with which we got parked and transferred to the terminal upon arrival at the car park. When we arrived back in to Gatwick at 2am it was wonderful to see a transfer coach waiting at the bus stop so there was absolutely no delay in getting back to our car. The whole process was incredibly easy and streamlined. We would definitely use this service again.
