Quick and easy to book, good and helpful response on phone. The only complaint would be that on exit the VNR didn't register which meant I had to hold up a queue of cars to go in the office to sort out. Was told no vehicle recognition registered in my name – even though I had confirmation printout. In fairness, was sorted out promptly but could have done without the 'hassle' after a day of traveling.

Have used the facility at both terminals before and this experience was good, as it has always been. Minimum of delay in getting the bus to the terminal and cost not as high as some. Only comment is that the number plate reader is a myth. We have never had the booking ref on the ticket and have always had to use the office to get the ticket enabled for our exit from the car park, not that this has added more than a minute to the exit process.

Most helpful. I was delayed in France for a further day due to industrial action. The parking staff were most helpful when I telephoned to tell them, and on my arrival back at Gatwick. Thank you for making retrieval of my car the simplest part of the huge inconvenience caused by my enforced delay in France.

On trying to leave the car park the machine tried to charge me £76. The lady in the booth said that the company I had booked with never let them know the registration numbers of the cars parking there so drivers always have this hiccup. Luckily I had kept a print out of everything I ever received and was able to prove I had already paid. Apart from that it was a good experience.

Can't fault it really. Pre-pay, drive in and drive out and cameras read number plate on way out and barrier lifts seamlessly. Slick operation - as long as you pre-pay and enter car reg number. Offices are available at exit if any trouble but always ok for me.

All fine, easy to find, good transfers. Number plate not recognised on entry but quickly resolved at the office on leaving. Very satisfactory.

On Airport parking is so much better than off. We didn't wait long for a coach outbound or inbound. However the car registration plate recognition camera couldn't read my number and so I couldn't get out at the barrier. This has happened before and when you go into the service kiosk, you don't exactly get service with a smile!

This has got to be a No.1 choice when flying from Gatwick as everything is so convenient. Directions to the car park were excellent, security appears to be very good, transfers were excellent, taking only a few minutes to and from the airport. Good value for money.

Excellent help available to tired travellers from your 24 hour staff on site. I'd left an interior light on in my car which caused a flat battery. Not a good thing to encounter at 1.30 a.m. after a whole day spent travelling. Glumly, thinking about the AA, or a taxi home and returning the following morning, I was delighted to be offered a "jump start" from your friendly and courteous staff. My saviours!! Within minutes the car was running again. Thank you, thank you! I will certainly use your parking facilities again and will continue to recommend you to others!! Derek Walmsley

It was the first time we had used long stay parking so we were surprised at how easy and stress free the experience was. The bus drivers were friendly and helpful and made sure everyone got off at appropriate stop. Would definately use gosimply again

Frequent transfers between car park and airport with friendly helpful drivers. A little bit confusing when I first arrived at the car park. The signs could be clearer.

outward we had to wait 15 minutes and then were on a dangeroursly overcrowded bus - the driver couldn't see properly to pull out of the car park when there were empty buses waiting at stop 14 (we got on at stop 15). Coming back we had to wait over 20 minutes at south terminal. We used this car park as we thought it would be quicker than one of the smaller off-site operators that we have used before. I don't think it was any quicker and we had to wait much longer than the advertised service. Frankly it was appalling and I probably wouldn't use it again.

"Does what it says on the tin". It was easy to find the car park and then follow the internal directions to find a suitable parking slot. The coach transfers were punctual. I have given a neutral rating for customer service as the only contact I had with staff was for less than 10 seconds when I validated my ticket on exiting the car park - which is as it should be.

This worked very well. It was efficient, didn't cost us that much more time than valet parking and cost us substantially less money.

When we arrived back at Gatwick we couldn't leave through the barrier gate immediately - we had to go and get the documentation verified over the counter. No problems though and we were on our way quickly.

I have never used this car park before and I asked a member of staff where section C of the car park was and he said "Can't you read, it's on the notice board over there". That comment I felt was rude and unhelpful. On our return from holiday we found signs for the buses for every car park except Long Stay Car Park South. We spent 20 minutes wandering around going up and down the floors asking people where we got the bus for this car park and eventually someone pointed us in the right direction. We attempted to follow the instructions printed on our correspondence but it led us around in circles. The female member of staff on our exit was very polite and helpful. I would think twice before using this car park again.

It's wise to fill in the parking location on the revers of the ticket, this makes picking up your car straight forward, hassle free.
