APH South Meet and Greet Parking reviews

this was the 3rd time we hae used the service. On each occasion we've had to wait only a few minutes for the car to be collcted or delivered. Excellent service.

We choose this option as we were travelling at very unsocial hours with two small children, and it was everything we hoped for. The driver was professinal, polite and friendly. The experience was so quick and simple. I don't see us using any other option in future.

After a poor performance from one of their competitors this was the second time we have used APH, and for the second time their performance was excellent, using competent and courteous staff supported by an efficient organisation, making for a stress-free process.

This is the second time we've used APH Meet & Greet, and I wouldn't do it any other way from now on! When you arrive at the airport, their staff will help you empty the luggage from the car, and wish you a great holiday. Upon return, they are waiting outside with a handshake and a thank you-what more could you want? The hardest and most tedious part of a holiday is the travelling so how much easier to just pull up at the departure doors, get out and walk away! Then when you get back, through the same doors and the car's waiting for you-saves so much time and energy.

At last a compedent service which takes the hassell out of parking,and cuts out busses and lost time Would well recomend this company. LinoLen

I read all the reviews of this and many other companies when it came to booking the carparking. The overriding theme was "very good staff but long wait" and this was my experience too. The people on the phone were polite, professional and competent but I had to wait over 25 minutes on the way out, and 15 on the way back. It would have been quicker and cheaper to park in the long-stay carpark within the airport. Unless improvements were made, I would not use this company again.

On depositing they waited patiently whilst my husband tried to find the car keys he had misplaced. They were cheerful and helpful when I rang to explain that the flight had been cancelled and we didn't know when we would be back. We arrived 22h later with ony a £6 surcharge and they delivered within 10-15 mins of us ringing.

Using APH via gosimply.com was such an easy process and made our journey a lot simpler. It was great to arrive and leave at the drop off area instead of parking, catching a bus and having to trudge our luggage everywhere. My husband was very dubious about the security of our vehicle after the bad publicity of other companies on the TV however we found APH to be punctual, honest, helpful, polite and trustworthy......thank you.

Very professional indeed - I even got my return time wrong and the lady was incredibly good about it and got us collected straight away despite that no chauffeur had been arranged for that time. Will definitely use again. Really friendly and chatty about the holiday too on collection given that the drivers must see people going on holiday all day long!

Overall it was OK, the first time I've used this service however they were late to collect the car despite calling them 30 minutes before arriving. Car was outside when we got outside but I called before I went through passport control. Depending on flight times will probably use other different services next time.
