I cannot believe how well it all worked. Someone there as we arrived, the car waiting when we returned, the car in perfect condition. Why I have used long term parking for years defeats me. Thank you the person who told me about you.

I was confused as it was a Meteor representative who collected and delivered the car. However it was the fastest service I have experienced from any Meet & Greet service

It is important to make the telephone call(s) at the correct time(and location), so that the parking staff have sufficient time to meet and return the car with the least delay.

Aarvark Meet & Greet was worth every penny during the snowy conditions recently. A punctual and friendly service. It really paid off on arrival back to the airport. Rather than a cold uncertain bus journey to spend ages de-icing the car, a warm de-iced car was available at the door of airport arrivals. Excellent.

We were met both departing and arriving punctually - even although our flight was delayed until after midnight. The drivers were very pleasant and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Certainly beats waiting for the shuttle bus on a very cold winter's day, and very good value for money. Thank you.

For both drop off and pick up we arrived earlier than anticipated, we phoned ahead and on both occasions the driver arrived within 10-15mins. The car was as we left it; clean and mileage as expected. All staff were friendly and helpful. We will be using again and recommend to friends and family.

I was driving alone so wasn't able to phone en-route. Time taken from phoning to driver arriving was about 20 minutes, not 10-12. On return, it took 30 minutes. While the driver did have to defrost the car first, that's still a lot longer than expected. That said, it was still convenient and good value.

Really good pickup and communication, let down by 20 minute wait to collect although the driver did apologise. No big deal and would use them again. Good value.

I was very pleased to have booked Aardvark (I chose it for the name!) as it was pouring with rain when we arrived at Gatwick, and the Aardvark rep was waiting for us as arranged. I'm not sure if it is possible, but the transfer would have been even better if under cover... perhaps on the lower level, rather than the exposed top level at the North Terminal Gatwick, as we all got rather wet in the process. On returning we had to wait rather longer than I had hoped (at least 20 minutes) at the same point on the upper Departure level, but fortunately it wasn't raining this time. There was slightly more petrol used than I had expected, but, all in all, I was pleased with the service and will use again for the convenience and price.

Was not clear where to pick up car on our return. The printed instructions we were given said car return is on the departure level and when we waited for several minutes there, I telephoned the office and they said pick ups now are on the arrival level. Answered phone promptly, arrived as promised where promised, total of I think 6 miles on the clock when I got the car back. Good value and definitely recommend and will use again.

I'm sold on the idea, so much more convenient. Only a slight mix-up on where to pick the car up from - we went to the right spot on the wrong level, probably from not re-reading the instructions properly. Still bettoer than the bus/capark thing despite that. We'll be using the service again in the future for sure.

We had to wait both at drop off and at collection. The wait at collecton at 2300 with small children was too long and was the specific reason we had chosen this service. Disappointed.
