This was my first time using a meet and greet and Aardvark were brilliant. I phoned them for info in the week leading up to my holiday and they couldn't have been more helpful. As for the drop off and return it was all very easy and smooth. I will definatley be using them again.

Excellent service, well worth the additional charge, so good to have the car delivered to the door after a long flight.

Good service, just a little slow picking up as they want you to have cleared customs before ringing & at this point you are only 5 minutes from the pick up point and they take about 15 minutes. This said would use again.

This was the first time we used Aardvark and I would definitely use them again. After following the simple instructions to the drop-off point at Gatwick South Terminal, there was a friendly, uniformed representative to meet us. We didn't feel rushed at all which was definitely a benefit with two young children and a ton of baggage. On return, we had a short wait (5 mins or so) at the pick up point and the car was returned in good condition. All in all, very good and well worth the extra money.

The only problem I found was that I had booked on line for one day too many and had difficulty getting it altered. I was passed from tel no to tel number, and never did get it resolved on the telephone! However I was advised eventually to just tell the driver who collects car on your departure about the change and he will sort it out. He must have done as the car was delivered to us at Gatwick within 10 mins of our phone call. But it woukld have been nice to have resolved the problem BEFORE we left on holiday.

Have used Aardvark several times in the past. Have never been disappointed. Would recommend it to anybody.

Forget park and ride, this was CHEAPER than the company I used last year! When my arrival I phoned 10 mins from the airport as was instructed and my driver was there to meet me. Coming back, I phoned when I cleared customs and the driver was there within 10 mins. Wxcellent value for money, friendly and polite drivers and most importantly, you save about 45 mins each way over park and ride. Will definately use Aardvark again.

Very easy to book on-line, with good competitive rates. When the instructions said to call when 10 mins away, the phone was answered efficiently straight away where I was advised that a driver would be with me shortly. The only complaint would be that the drop off/collection point becomes very congested (this would not stop me using the service again). Definitely recommend!

This is the first time I have used "meet and greet" and was extremelty pleased with the service I received form Aardvark. I will certainly cconsider using them again on my next trip abroad. Leslie Root.

I arrived about an hour early as the M25 was not clogged for once, no problem. Driver collected the car in minutes. Arrival also no problem. I definately will use this service again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The idea of meet and greet is so that you don't have the hassle of parking and getting on a bus or have get a friend/family to drop you off. When we arrived at the airport the drop off/pick up area was manic. It was really busy and we had to drive around the block a couple of times before we could park up in the lay by. I expected a private area of a car park like you get in Heathrow. Not brilliant.

Our flights were very early morning (3am) and having the meet and greet was perfect. We did not wait any longer than 5 mins for the car to be picked up or dropped off, we had allowed the 10 mins as instructed when first phoning. I would recommend this service and Aardvark

To be told a wait of 15 minutes was just about acceptable for our car to be dropped off when we returmed from holiday but for it then to take 35 minutes made a mockery of the extra money we spent for theis service. I would not use this copmany again because of this.

Very good service. We messed up our booking coming back should have booked till the following day, but when we rang to arrange drop off, the staff were very professional and car was dropped off very quickly. Would recommend

everything worked as it should, contact number answered first time, bloke was waiting where he said he would be on arrival, and was back with our car within ten minutes of calling on return. Very good.
