Easy and convenient. I walked the ten minutes to airport rather than wait on transfer bus. Barrier lifted as I approached. Excellent.

Located just 2 mins drive away from the airport main entrance. Called for a transfer and 2 mins later were oicked up. same on return journey. Efficient service but I wince at paying out £50 plus to park at a small airport.

Arriving back at Exeter Airport in the early hours (04.45am) the transfer bus was ready and waiting and even made sure you could locate your car before leaving you. By far the best service we have ever had from any airport car parking service. Would certainly use again.

Car park 4 was easy to find - transfer bus arrived within two minutes of being called - was waiting on return - best off airport parking I have so far experienced.

Car park fine, secure and well lit. It is quicker to walk to the terminal than wait for the bus, it doesn't really run as often as it claims. We park, dithered, walked and by the time we got to the terminal the bus was just thinking of pulling out to the car park. So, the 5 mins thing is a big fib. Possibly avoid this if you are in a rush, travel with heavy bags (we do cabin luggage on wheels), or are not so mobile, go for a closer carpark. Ticketing and scanning of car numberplate was perfect, we drove straight out. Good deal, cheaper than booking through the airport itself.

We usually park off airport but last time we did that we came back to find our car in a field. On airport was so much better. Car park 4 was easy to find and well lit. It has Number Plate Recognition at the barrier and out pops a card that you use on your return so you get to keep your keys! The Courtesy Bus arrived within a couple of minutes of pressing the request button and was outside the airport on our return. It was inexpensive if booked online and we will definitely use it again.
