The parking experience was simple and hastle free. It was very good value for money and at 04:30 in the morning a great start to our holiday. I would recommend to anyone and would definately use again.

No need for the transfer as the car park was less than 5 mins walk away

I drove into the car park and parked my car. I left it there for two days and then came back to the car park and drove my car away. Thats about it really. Other than that it was pretty simple to book and I didnt have any problems.

Parking space easily found. Transfer time to Terminal quick. Ticket validation for exit easy. Good all round experience. Would happily use again.

The car park was easy to find, right next to the airport. We were lucky with the minibus transfer which arrived seconds after us both ways, and dropped us off at our car on the way back. When we tried to get through the barrier on the way out, it didn't open automatically, but the staff checked their records and opened it for us straight away

Improved now auto number plate recognition installed. However, if you get an idiot in the exit lane who has not read the instructions it can take a while to get them out (or out of the way)If you do not want to wait a few minutes for transfer bus it is only a short walk to terminal. On return many people prefer to walk back to car park rather than waiting even a few minutes for transfer bus.

just one problem we couldnt get out of the car park without speaking on the intercom where they checked my booking.

I was a little disapointed that the ticket did not print the reference number on it. I did not check and had to walk back to the kiosk to have it validated. This also happened to other people while we were waiting.

Having given up oin the official Exeter Car Parking on-line booking site (it simply would not work) I was not expecting to do any better elsewhere. I was delighted to be able to book at the gosimply site without any trouble, and at the same price. I shall definitely make them my first port of call in future.

was unaware that ticket had to have booking reference endorsed on it.this was an embarrasment to me when attempting to leave the car park.had to return to car park attendants office to have this done

My only complaint was the shuttle bus that did not stop to pick me up after I had parked near the entrance even though I put my hand up to indivcate I needed it to stop. He drove past. My wife does not wlak as well as she once did. My return driver was very good, dropped me where I had parked. would have helped if I was told I did not need to get my ticket validated as it had already been done.

The car park is very close to the terminal, so you could walk if you weren't too far down the car park. But the transfer bus service was very efficient and the drivers out and back very helpful. It's not particularly cheap but much more convenient than the off-airport offerings. So, as always, you pays yer money and takes yer choice. I wouldn't describe 'security' as encouraging; we saw holes in the fence onto the public road. What you don't know of course is the extent of any CCTV coverage and how much monitoring goes on. Overall, would use again.
