Great location, couple of minutes walk to terminal. Access/exit to car park easy.

This was the first time that I've used airport parking, and the sevice was excellent! Clear instructions, first rate customer care and very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate in using the car park again in the future.

Close to the terminal and easily located. I had a query before I went which was resolved immediately, positively and with great Customer care. thank you.

Mobile phone needed to call for bus as call button out of order. Returning late at night , needed torch to see call for assurance button. Otherwise excellent facility.

Parked at approx 8.00 am and no sign of the transfer bus, a good ten minute walk to terminal with luggage on trolley. Also on return journey bus available, but no space for luggage, so yet again another long walk. All the best parking spaces nearest to the terminal appear to be reserved for hire company vehicles. Overall very dissapointing.

Car park 3 is very convenient for the airport entrance being only some 200 yards away but depending on where you can find a space to park it may be considerably further. However, we found the shuttlebus readily available and the drivers were friendly and helpful. No problems when we arrived home at c. midnight.

Telephone service out of action so needed to use own phone to contact minibus which then came immediately. On exit, barrier would not raise as display requested a further £79 to leave. A queue formed whilst sorting out the problem through Call Assistance. Car park charges slightly on the high side.

I pre-booked and got a good deal. Entry was fine. Able to park close to the airport. On leaving, I put my ticket in but gates failed to open and display suggested a charge of about £20 more than I had already paid. Site staff sorted it out, but no apology or explanation was given. They seemed only concerned that my booking was valid.

2 minute walk from airport, barrier didn't rise when approached. Just took a ticket went to the office in car park 2 en route to departures and ticket reissued without question . Can not ask for more
